1Hey Greg!

2Although it'll most likely never happen for many reasons, what would you think of a feature-length animated Bionicle film that wasn't in the LEGO universe (in terms of aesthetic design)? All of the characters would be realistic looking (compared to the LEGO figures, at least).

3If executed well enough, I think it would be a cool take on the universe and would be palpable to average moviegoers. My question is, would you like to see it, or do you think it's best to keep Bionicle in the LEGO-verse?

4Thank you. :)

5There actually was talk of a feature film a few times during BIONICLE's first run, but the studios always wanted human children/teens inserted into the story and the BIONICLE team said no. Anyway, if BIONICLE becomes a huge hit like it did last time, anything's possible, I guess. Whether or not it would be a good idea would really depend on what the design team for the movie did with it.

6As for whether I would see it, I really don't go to the movies much anymore and it wouldn't be aimed at me. So unless I had some hand in its creation (also unlikely), probably not.

7And we have human children/teens inserted through the apprentice fics. Of which I should write more of mine. I'm gonna get round to that.

1Hi there Greg!

2I was asking you for some things, fe. about Mata Nui and Kiina relationship, some time ago. Thank you again for fast reply, and now my curiosity found another questions.

3I was studying races of Matoran Universe for creating roleplay guide for me and my friends. While searching about Vortixx abilities, I've found this info:

4"Roodaka can tap into her dark side, something she learned through extensive training, and use it to wield non-elemental Shadow energy from her hands."

5And now come my questions:

61. Is it possible for other species to use this inner energy after training?

72. Is it possible to do so with "bright side" and use non-elemental Light energy?

8Thanks for your work. I'm really sad that you are not member of 2015 storyteam. It for sure would be much better then Smile

9I hope that I've been buried, not ignored. Mr. Greg, I really need answer for that. I hope you'll see it this time Smile

1Hello Mr Farshtey,

2I find myself intriuged enough to ask, who was the most popular Toa and Bionicle character overall? I don't know if you had access to that kind of information, so if you dont perhaps you could share what you think might've been the most popular Toa and character overall?

3Thanks,

5In terms of sales, it was Tahu, followed by pretty much any other red model. Red always sold best, throughout the history of the line.

10I have to assume that it would be possible to do what she did, with the right training. But I think it is much easier to do with Darkness than Light ... it's why, in Star Wars, it is much easier to go over to the Dark Side than stay in the light. Evil is the easy path; virtue takes work.

1Hey Greg,

2Just a simple question: wear there equivalents to a 'doctor/mechanic' role in the Matoran or Spherus Magna universe? I feel as though, just as machinery wears out, part replacement would be prevelant in the BIONICLE lore.

3Thanks.

4In Spherus Magna, there were definitely healers. In the MU, you probably would have had mechanics, just as you had blacksmiths, but probably not doctors.

8Same.

1Hey again!

2Thanks for answering my last question—it would be very cool if you got to work on Bionicle again. That leads me to my next question, actually: Other than the comics, you're obviously well known for writing the 2004—2010 series of Bionicle novels. So if a Bionicle: Stories forum opened up on the Message Boards, would you consider writing an unofficial Bionicle one-off (or something of that nature), just for the joy/nostalgia of it?

3Thanks again. :)

4Alas, I wouldn't be allowed to. Because I am a LEGO employee, anything I write would be considered official, so I wouldn't be able to do that. Same as the fact that I could not join a LEGO-related fan community online even just as myself, because I am an employee here, so I would be considered to be speaking for the company.

1Hello Mr Greg

21.The Zamor sphere that Hakhan has used to steal Brutaka's powers could it steal the power of a Makuta?

32.The planets of the Solis Magna system have they all the word《Magna》 at the end of their names? Such as example, Terra Magna, Nuva Magna I said anything but as I mentioned, it's just an example.

43.Does the Great Beings have used a source of power to create the Ignika and maybe the mask of creation?

54.Spherus Magna has the most advanced civilization of the Solis Magna system?

65.If someone combines the three legendary masks he becomes omnipotent or maybe nigh omnipotent.

71) Makuta have way more power than Brutaka, so I doubt it.

82) We don't know how many planets there are or what their names are, since we never intended BIONICLE to be an interplanetary space opera.

93) No idea.

104) Again, no idea. Spherus Magna's civilization post-disaster is not all that advanced, for one thing. And we don't know anything about the other planets in the system.

115) I can't think of any character in the MU -- not even Artakha -- who could wear and control that powerful of a mask.

1Is there anything in the bionicle storyline you wish you could have gone back and done differently, or changed?

2Yup. I never liked the 2005 story. Neither did the web producer at the time.

3What parts did you like? You seem to be happy with Roodaka (or at least, that's the impression I'm under).

4There were individual characters I liked playing with. But I generally dislike horde enemies with no personalities, plus I hated Vakama going bad as it did not fit his character at all. I understood the reason for choosing him -- but you cannot force a "hero's journey" storyline. It was really hard to write for Vakama that year because he was behaving in a way that was inconsistent with who we knew him to be. I don't believe you can force characters to behave the way you wan them to -- they have to behave the way they want to.

1 What was your favorite year in all of BIONICLE?
pigkid6 wrote:1What was your favorite year in all of BIONICLE?

2Probably '02 or '04. Both were exciting years for me, personally, because of things I got to be involved with through BIONICLE.

1Hey Greg! A few questions...

2Can the Rahi Nui's powers be copied by a Faxon, or do they not count as the Rahi's own powers?

3Are there normal protodites which split when struck, or is this ability limited to the protodax?

4Lastly, how did Zaktan's laser vision work once he became protodites? Could he fire lasers from all of his protodites, or just a specific group?
