1No idea. I never heard anything about it and there was no mention of it in the original three year plan I read.

2Would you be allowed to share what the original plan for year 3 of Gen 2 was going to be about, or would that be something the Gen 2 story team will have to decide?

3I really don't recall any of it, and to my knowledge, no one from Gen2 is on these boards.

1I have a QUESTION.

2Who is East (besides the fact that he is the base charater for Takadox and you wrote him).

3East was a villain (of sorts) in a novel I wrote back in 1994 called Hell's Feast. He was based on a legend of a Russian millpond spirit that had to consume a life every day to survive. East was the same way -- he aged with the phases of the moon, living an entire life in each cycle and being reborn again. The price was he had to kill something every day. Could be an insect, or a mouse, or anything, though he tended to prefer more complex and intelligent prey. He had an extremely cynical view of the world, believing that every action anyone takes is just about survival, and that people just dress up their motivations to cover that up. Fun character to write, not someone you would want over for dinner.

4That's...a fun character. Is that a book that would be child-friendly to read?

11. How are there Toa stars outside of the MU? (for the Toa Nuva and Toa Inika)

22. Now, I know this OoMN character appeared for literally only 3 sentences in Destiny War:

3("A four-armed warrior wielding a multi bladed axe bellowed at the sight of the thief and charged. Voporak reached out and grabbed his attacker. In a matter of seconds, the warrior aged tens of thousands of years before collapsing on the ground.")

4But, is he of the same species as Nocturn?

1I'm not sure if this has been asked before, as I couldn't find any information upon it on BSO1, but what is the average lifespan of Matoran, Toa, Turaga, Agori, and Glatorian? I know that Takua would technically be the oldest Toa, however seeing as he started life as a Matoran, and the first one at that, he doesn't count. Besides him, the oldest toa is Helryx, at approximately 101,000 years old, the age of the GSR. We also know that several Glatorian from this era also survive to the current day, however I don't believe we've ever canonically seen a character pass from old age. It would be a great help if you could answer this question, as I could extrapolate from that to try and estimate how long it would take for the reformation to pass from the collective memory into more of a fairy tale. Many thanks in advance, Tiche.

1Hello Greg! I have a couple of questions:

21. Does any of the known Glatorian has a family?

32. How does metabolism works in Glatorian/ Agori? Since we know they live like 600.000 years, they have to wait like 1000 years to be an adolescent and another 1000 years to be an adult?

43. Is Annona a mammal being? or she is like a type of mollusk? She has tentacles...so that.

54. Could Ackar have grandchildren, knowing he is an old person?

6Thank you for answering Laughing

71) Well, they all had parents, so they could have brothers or sisters. But none of the ones we introduced in story have kids.

82) Not something I feel qualified to answer

93) I just always thought of her as an entity

104) There's no evidence Ackar ever had kids, let alone grandkids. Is it possible? Sure.

5Not really. It was written for college-age.

2I don't have this information. Since we never intended to show a character dying of old age, we never worried about it.

1Thank-You Greg for giving us your time and answers to our questions to the best of your knowlage, it really means a lot to us.

2When you can, would you be able to answer these Bionicle G1 questions?

31) Could an Iden user inhabit an unconscious body, either coexisting with, destroying, or kicking out the dormant spirit inside? If so, which of the three (or fourth?) would happen?

42) Can an Iden user inhabit the body of a souless glatorian?

53) Do Makuta have souls as opposed to just being nothing more then gas?

64) Does Energized Protodermis have a soul (in bionicle terms)?

75) Aren't rahkshi just terrifying and awesome at the same time?

81) No

92) No

103) MU characters have AI. Only a deity can create a living  being with a soul. The Great Beings are not gods, just scientists.

114) No

125) Yeah, pretty much

21) The idea from the beginning was to aim the story at older kids. It's easier to get younger kids interested in a story written for older kids than vice versa.

32) Ryder Windham wrote the books, and no, he isn't someone I know. I think the BIONICLE team felt they wanted a fresh perspective for the new line.

43) No, I don't know the Hagemans, although I used to send my comic scripts to them as a courtesy so that they were informed what I was doing.

54) No. LEGO Group retains the rights to their themes regardless of whether or not we are actively producing sets. Same way Marvel still owns comic characters they created even if the character is not appearing in a book.

61. I get that.

72. Fresh perspective? How fresh? It's basically the same, only the Visorak invading Mata-Nui.

83. That was nice of you.

94. Huh.

10So I own the Officcial Guide to Bionicle and the Updated Bionicle Encyclpoedia. Are there any other guide books that could tell me anything I don't know about Bionicle already?

11Also, for my fanfiction, I need to know some things.

121. What happened to Mata-Nui, the GS?

132. Mata-Nui, the island?

143. The Toa Nuva?

154. The Turaga?

165. The Matoran?

176. Makuta?

187. Dark Hunters, Brotherhood of Makuta, Order of Mata-Nui?

198. Toa Ignika?

209. The Kanohi?

2110. Mahri Nui and Voya Nui?

22Also, what's the deal with Metru Nui? Is it under water? In a cave?

23Last question.

24Say a My Little Pony used to be a Toa. How could you possibly turn the Pony back into a Toa-like form? Energized Protodermis, perhaps?

151. Dormant inside the Kanohi Ignika.

162. Destroyed to make room for the Great Spirit Robot's reactivation,

173. The last we saw Lewa, he was confronted with native Bota magnan Agori, with which he hasn't found a way to communicate.

184. Alive. Migrated to Spherus Magna. Probably just living there with the rest of the Matoran, trying to settle down on a new world.

195. See 4.

206. All 100 Makuta have been destroyed, except Miserix, who, just before the cliffhanger, was about to be blown up by Vellika.

217. The Dark Hunters (or what's left of them) are still at large. Probably settling on the new world, trying to make a profit as always. The Brotherhood of Makuta has been dismantled as Miserix is the last surviving Makuta. The Order of Mata Nui is probably not doing much now that Mata Nui's gone.

228. Sacrificed himself in 2008 to wake up Mata Nui. The mask remained, though.

2310. Destroyed along with the GSR.

243. *Kopaka and Pohatu are also currently on the Red Star, investigating the deaths of Karzahni and Tren Krom. Onua, Tahu, and Gali are currently attempting to help establish positive relations between the former MU inhabitants and the native Spherus Magnans.

1Did you write the Ninjago Dark island trilogy books? If so, they are my absolute favorite Ninjago graphic novels ever!! I am still waiting to read part 2 though. . . .

1I'm sure that this has already been asked (I haven't been able to find much info besides the early treatment for Bionicle 5) but before bionicle had been cancled how far had the Bionicle universe been planned out and did you have any basic ideas on what would have happend when.
