7They were there in case something went wrong. If there was damage to Mata Nui's systems, there would need to be a manual takeover. Unfortunately, the damage was so pervasive and so fast that they couldn't stop its progression and they died in the crash.

At one point in the far-flung distant past I believe it was mentioned that Makuta could create kraata at any level fully-formed with the exception of shadow kraata, with higher levels taking it out of them for a while. Is this canon, or do all kraata start at level one? 31) I can't find any reference to this.
42. So, the Nui Stone drains Toa power as well as elemental energy. Is it possible for the Nui Stone to drain so much of that power that Toa will turn into Turaga? Or can that sort of thing only be done willingly (or at least be done as a result of willing action from the Toa involved)? 52) I don't think we have ever said it drained two things at once. We said it drained Toa power, I believe. And while it's not impossible for what you are suggesting to happen, you would basically have to lock a Toa up with a Nui stone for a long time for all his Toa power to be drained ... and if it is not voluntary, then I am not sure it counts as the sacrifice of power needed to become a Turaga.
63. Okay, this question is pretty minor but it's been bugging me. Prior to unification, the7browncoats8Agori villages each had something to barter with in order to get vital resources from other villages. Tesara had food, thornax fruit, and the occasional artifact. Tajun had water. Iconox had exsidian. Roxtus had weapons, even though the Skrall pretty much just barged in and started fighting everybody over everything. Vulcanus, though...I can't find any reference to what they had. What did they bargain with? 93) Services. Vulcanus had access to heat, which allowed them to create forges and repair armor and weapons more easily.
104. So, is there any difference between the Agori and Glatorian of each tribe, apart from the obvious (Vorox, Zesk, Skrall), or is armor color pretty much it? 114) Armor color, knowledge, and experience -- ice Agori would know better how to survive in that environment, etc.
125. I know that how reproduction occurs will never be gone into, either on Bara Magna or the MU. However, with the Glatorian who were given elemental powers, is it at all possible that those powers could be hereditary? 135) No.
146. Also, you've confirmed that elemental power and elemental energy for the Glatorian is exactly the same as how it works for normal Toa. However, I'm assuming Mata Nui didn't accidentally grant them the ability to use Great Masks or anything like Toa power in the process? 156) There would be no way to do that. Masks work because the Toa are bio-mechanical, mostly mechanical, and they are like power packs. They aren't going to work for Glatorian.

Does this tower serve almost as a smokestack for it? Because both the tower and the volcano have been referred to as keeping secrets of the Great Beings, I figure they are one and the same location. I just wanted confirmation of that, if possible.
52) Are the forges of the fortress in the Valley of the Maze, where you told me the Kanohi Ignika was forged, fuelled by the heat and power of the Great Volcano? Or was the Great Volcano the forge itself, kind of like Mount Doom with the One Ring?

91) I'd rather not go into this, as it comes up in 2010 story 102) The question you have to ask yourself first is, is the volcano really a volcano?

72) I don't recall ever describing a Toa of Lightning as yellow and blue ... did I do that? If I were going to pick colors, it would be white and blue, but I don't usually decide that, set designers do.
