1Ah, but say you're in Grade, I dunno, 8. And there's someone older than you in Grade 5. Does that mean that he's smarter/wiser/less senile :P, just because he's older? Not really.

2Hey GregF, got some more questions. 31. Was Takua THE first Matoran to be created?

41) Yes, I am okay with that

5Aww, that ruined, my fan-fiction...ahh well. I'll find a loop hole. :)

1Note also that Takua lost his memory not only once but twice.. not that it wouldn't necessarily affect his maturity. :shrugs:

2Three times, actually: Time Slip, Great Cataclysm, and at the beginning of MNOG.

1Purple and black for Gravity is good for me... (well aside from the Onepu thing :P)
2And Takua is the first Matoran? WOAH... this makes the man so much more iconic . (Still... he's an elder to like everyone)
3Tahu's new powers sound uber-intriguing...

6Fan-fiction doesn't have to be canon. Like Greg said once, all fanon exists in an alternate dimension, so you can change the story however you want.
7As for the Takua thing, I think it actually makes perfect sense that he's so immature. Since he's the absolute first biomechanical project the GBs made, wouldn't his AI be a bit glitchy?

1QUOTE 2QUOTE 3Hello Greg only a few questions
41) Were all of the toa matas color schemes based off glatorian?
52) Is because the ep in spherus magna is frozen in space the reason the great beings unable 6to make the 3rd robot?
73) Did krakua base his idea of a toa on Herlyx or some other toa?
8Thank you for your time QUOTE

91) I would say no, because Pohatu was brown and the Vorox were not brown. 102) Again, I'd say no, because one would have to assume they could have synthesized artificial EP if they wanted to. 113) Unknown

1I was at BS01, and these questions came to mind:
21) Did the Great Beings create any weapons with Sand-based powers for the Vorox to use during the Core War? Sorta like how Ackar and Malum's weapons had Fire powers? If not, then the Vorox have their own Sand weapons? 32) In Journey's End Mata Nui said that he knew something about volcanos that weren't volcanos. Does that refer to the volcanos on the Southern Islands? 43) What purposes did the Southern Islands serve in the Mata Nui Robot? 5Thanks in advance .

61) They would have had elementally powered weapons, yes 72) Actually, it refers to the i volcano on the island of Mata Nui 83) I see all the land masses as basically being the same as organs in our bodies are.

91) I think that's confirmation that the Vorox used weapons with Sand powers, so off to BS01... 102-3) I remembered reading a theory that the Southern Islands were like a sort of rocket tank...oh well.

2This. 3And isn't anyone amazed that the Ignika can turn Turaga into Toa, and Toa into Matoran?
4If Vakama had known of that when he was a Toa (In BA#1)... 5We'd have one screwed up storyline .

1Hi Greg, hope you're doing well... got a few questions for you, if you don't mind -
21) Does the whole 'three days' scenario apply to the MU right now; seeing as it's both badly damaged (in some areas) and in the process of being abandoned? I only ask because of the beings who might not be so enthusiastic to leave it; and what would become of them if they chose to stay behind. The Zyglak, any others not welcome in the new (combined) society, etc. 31a) I know the comic portrayed Makuta/the MU as landing on his/it's back, but just to clarify - is that the position it's in? Assuming the mechanisms that maintain it's internal heat, light and gravity are disabled... it'd be kind of hard for anyone to inhabit it anymore, even if it wasn't falling apart; because everything's upside down... 42) Are the chances of seeing Toa Ignika (or the Ignika's 'councsiousness') second to none, now; seeing as Mata Nui is inhabiting the mask? 53) Will the fates of Brutaka, Axonn, Artahka and co. be dealt with in future story?
6Thanks, 7-kuvi

81) Yes, of course it does. The robot is dead, so no heat, no light, inside of it. So the beings who would stay behind would have to be beings who could survive in those conditions. Otherwise, it's leave or die. 91a) Yup, and the artificial gravity and stabilizers will stop working because it's dead 102) I have no plans to bring Toa Ignika back 113) Yup, I still have one more chapter of ROS to do

12Edit: Sorry, I DID mean to ask as to whether or not the MU robot had landed on it's stomach... not it's back. No clue why I said back, instead of stomach; but it all made sense in my head; so... sorry for the confusion. I just remember reading the comic, and immediately thinking 'Everything's upside down .' when I saw the shot of Teridax; after having crashed onto Bara Magna (on his stomach)... hence, why I asked what I did.
#11261
1When the MU's on its back, that's how it's supposed to be. If he landed on his face, then they'd be upside down in there.
2It just wasn't written clearly. He did land on his face (not back) and everything is upside down.

3Right, ONF. Back-facing-up, the way the robot is now, is upside down. Hehe, imagine the Matoran and such falling up towards the "sky".

1I don't mean to bug you but these questions came up.
21) Now that Tahu is no longer a Toa Nuva will he still lead the Toa Nuva, or is this yet to be explained. 32) For the new contest (the essey) I think Greshio said Canadians aren't allowed and then Swert said that it didn't state any restrictions... are Canadians allowed. 43) The desert of Bara Magna became all forest and Bota Magna was the jungle planet. Mata Nui formed the forest, but could fragments of Bota Magna have helped? 54) In future story serials will more information on Ba and De-Matoran be shed. 65) Will story serials like Sahmads Tale and Reign of Shadows run throughout May?

71) I don't expect the Nuva to stay together as a team. The point of this society is it needs to be integrated, not just everyone staying with everyone they already know. I expect Gali and Lewa to perhaps team up with Kiina and Gelu, etc., as opposed to saying with their fellow Toa. 82) The comic was not issued in Canada, it was US-only. I can't open it to Canada because Canada has different rules for contests than the US does, and this contest does not have those rules. 93) No need for them to do so. 104) If it's relevant to the story, yes. I am not going to force it in just to force it in. 116) ROS ends this month. Sahmad's Tale will run longer, plus we will start new ones.

12Well that explains a lot. I was going to enter a character called the Skopio King. A character who attacked the Great Beings for experimenting on the Skopio and was banished. He can talk to creatures and controls fire and has laser vision. It is also revealed that Lewa survives.
#11264
11)We know that the golden armor was created by the Ignika, who got the blueprints from the GB's. We also know that the function of the golden armor was to destroy all Kraata (and thus, Rahkshi, to an extend). But both of these where created by Makuta, which where created by Mata Nui, and the GB's weren't involved in this. Thus my question is: did the GB's know in advance that Rahkshi where going to be created by Makuta?
22)What was the symbol on Tarduk's 'Red Star' map?

31) Yes, the Makuta created them, and MN created Makuta .. but who programmed MN? The GBs did. So they could reasonably extrapolate what would be created. 42) Which symbol are you referring to?

52)
RotGB chapter 1
6At the top of the map, there were two more symbols, but a bit different from the ones he had found before. One was just a mesh of interconnected lines looking almost like a net or a web.

7That was the symbol I was reffering to.

82) Refers to the maze around the volcano

9Nothing new here, I think.

11. Is Teridax death for real?
22. The contest creature on the back of the last comic is not meant to be the thing that came out of the EP vat in RoS 10, correct?
33. What is the current status of the Ignika?
44. Will we see MN again?
55. Are all the rahkshi dead as of now?
66. What happened to Nektann after the battle?
7Thank you .

81) Far as I am concerned, yes 92) No 103) We saw the current status, it's with the Glatorian 114) No idea 125) The ones who were outside of the MU, yes 136) More than likely, he escaped and is somewhere on Bara Magna

14Just something that was on my mind.
#11266
1It kind of bothers me that all the teams will be disbanded...
#11267
1Hi GregF. I just had some questions:
21. From whom did Brutaka receive his mask? Did the Order give it to him or did Artakha subtly arrange for him to have it?
31b. If the former, did Artakha loan the Order one of the two Olmaks (to use for, say, imprisoning an unstable Toa of Water in a pocket dimension)?
42. How did the Brotherhood come by the unnamed Toa's Olmak? Was he possibly killed by a Makuta/Rahkshi/Dark Hunters employed by a Makuta?
53. What was the basic structure of the Toa Hagah teams? Were they all formed from six Toa of the six basic elements like Norik's team, or were there teams of differing numbers/elements other than the basic six?
64. Did Lhikan transform into a Toa via a Toa stone?
74b. If so, was Dume the Toa power contributor (it says in the encyclopedia he had something to do with Lhikan's transformation)?
8Thank you for your time.
9--Jovarr

101) He probably had it before he joined the Order 112) Hasn't been revealed 123) They were not all the basic six elements, but the numbers were probably consistent. 134) Unknown, we have not done a story about how he turned into a Toa.

141. So how and why did he get it from Artakha, I wonder? 153. Toa Hagah of secondary elements . . . . B) 164. Too bad Greg hasn't any plans for a flashback serial...I would have loved to see Toa Dume in the story.

2Then again, that means he gets all his masks back and does not have to rely on that ridiculous Nuva symbol.

3I can understand Karda Nui being analogous to a heart, and Metru Nui to a brain... but how are volcano-ridden islands like the insides of human legs? The power source idea someone mentioned was interesting.
4And if the Matoran Universe landed upside-down and its artificial gravity failed, wouldn't that be a disaster worse than the Great Cataclysm? Everyone would fall towards the "sky". I guess we'll learn the details of how the inhabitants escaped later.

110. What exactly is Mata Nui? Is he a spirit or a program? 211. Was the third robot supposed to have Matoran in them? 312. When did the Great Beings leave their fortress to another world, after the Shattering or before it? 413. What was the Great Beings' solution or backup plan for welding back Spherus Magna when the third robot could not be created? I mean, the prototype robot wasn't supposed to be used nor was the power source from the Great Volcano.

510) As with the other characters, he is AI which exceeded the aims and vision of its creators. 611) Yes 712) I can't answer this 813) Since we (the readers) don't know why they didn't make the third robot at this point, we don't know this either. And I'm not allowed to discuss them still, so it's not something I can speculate on.

5If i were to guess id say thats where his planetary-departure-boosters are in his feet. It kinda makes sense cause all of those volcanic islands could be engines and fuel sources for him to use on his initial lift off.

11. Do all Skakdi have a unique vision and secondary power? For example, since Hakann have already got Heat Vision and Mental Blasts, can other Skakdi still have either of those power?

4I think I have already posted this, but I'm not very sure.

1Hey GregF, just six questions. 21. You said that Reign of Shadows ends by the end of the month. Does that mean we'll be seeing new serials in April, then? 32. There are many cliffhangers from Reign of Shadows, including ones from Destiny War. I suppose these cliffhangers will be resolved in a new serial? 43. We see Tahu and Onua together in Journey's End. Is this during their attempted mission to wipe out the EP source on Daxia (from Reign of Shadows) or is this something seperate, and they just happened to be together still? 54. Besides the new Toa Team serial and new Protagonist serial, will there be a third new serial? 65. Is my assumption that the third serial is the successor to Reign of Shadows correct? 76. Did the Great Beings name anything in the Matoran Universe, like any particular Kanohi masks or locations, after themselves?

81) That's the plan. 92) Well, some of these were resolved with Makuta's death. 103) After 114) I haven't decided. 125) No. There's no point in a sequel to ROS. ROS was an MU-serial, about a specific time period, I am not going to do a serial that spans a zillion characters on SM. 136) Not to my knowledge. As you know, I prefer to avoid double-naming where I can, as it just makes things confusing for everyone.
