1I've been wondering this for a while: in Bionicle, when a Toa completes his/her destiny, they are turned into a Turaga. Couldn't that have been seen as a complication in the Great Beings' eyes, since they could interfere with the completion of other being's destinies? Or, are they somehow given a sort of knowledge of what everyone's destiny is so they know what not to do to mess it up?

2Sometimes you don't. Sometimes you think you have a great idea for a story, but when you try to write it, it just doesn't work. i think the only way you really know this is experience. You know how long the story has to be and so you get a feel for how much plot you need to fill a book that size. (I once had a friend who wrote a novel. It was supposed to be 100,000 words and it was about these people going off to colonize a new planet. He was so nervous that he wouldn't have enough plot to fill the book that he spent 90,000 words getting them ready to go and then had only 10,000 words left for when they got there.)
