1515) Probably not. To keep it in scale to the figures, it would have had to be huge and enormously expensive and so probably would not have sold well.
1616) Solid protodermis will not make you a Nuva. Only energized protodermis will, if you are destined to be one.

1919) If they had traveled to Mata Nui before Sidorak came, then yes. Metru Nui as an empty city was not worth much, unless Sidorak hoped to recapture them.

My answer was usually that if you have been hit in the head by a ball of mud -- and then hit in the head by a rock -- it's pretty obvious they are two very different things. Now, you can say we find rocks in the soil, but we also find lots of minerals underground too ... but if I did a Toa of Silver, no one would say he should be a Toa of Earth instead.
