1If the answer violates pre-established canon, then go with pre-established canon.

2Now that you mention it, could you say whether that's a general rule to be followed in this topic? Since it's unreasonable to expect you to remember every detail after the story ended four years ago and you obviously have better things to do with your time than dig through every story bible there ever was to answer all the questions you get here. With a rule like this you don't really need to worry about the details of what was said and written before, the fanbase can essentially 'filter' your answers by comparing them to those details.

1I think this got buried

1Hi Greg

21 - If the Inika masks were not mutated, would their shape differ or it would remain the same ?

32 - Was Vakama's visions something given to his programming during his creation ?

43 - There's already a mask of Gravity, Shadows and Light. It is safe to assume that a Mask of the others elements exist as well ?

53.5 - How would a mask of water work ?

64 - How Nocturn was killed ?

75 - Is Hydraxon "Mask" his face or a Helmet ?
8Thanks

1Mr.Farshtey,

2I dont know if youve already been asked this but will the word kanohi be used still?

3Will Makuta be a set?

4Thanks.

5Hi Special,

6Questions about the new BIONICLE should be asked in the new BIONICLE forum - I am not on the story team for BIONICLE 2015, so I don't have the info to give you answers.

1Hi, Greg,

2I noticed that there are a lot of similarities between Tren Krom and Annona--both are big, monstrous blobs of sorts with tentacles that drive people insane and possess psionic-based powers. We also know that the Great Beings took inspiration from Annona in creating a large number of their creations. Would it be reasonable to assume that their design for Tren Krom was based off of Annona herself?

11. Why were the Fikou with pincers only placed on Voya Nui?

22. Were the Fikou smashed by the terrain of Spherus Magna or by creatures?

33. Can shore turtles retreat to their shells when threathened, like regular turtles?

44. Is there such a thing as gender in rahi?

5Got lost.

6Buried...

71) Placed on? How do you know they did not migrate there?

82) I am sure some have died in their time on Spherus Magna, just as some would have died in the MU.

93) Assuming  their model has a shell, yes

104) Not that we have ever seen

111.) So they migrated to Voya Nui when it was still placed on the Southern Continent? What attracted them there, and do they exist on any other regions?

121.b) Do these Fikou adaption colors extend to the Voya Nui sub-species?

132.) Predators?

144) I had a good argument for this, but I forgot... Erm, piece of it was that in MoL, Takua refers to the Ussal as "girl". I forgot the rest, but I will bring it up again when I remember...

2This isn't really the place to discuss my personal feelings.

3I don't see why not. This thread is called "Chat with Greg Farshtey". So I suppose we should be able to chat with you, and I would assume that includes your personal feelings, if you chose to do so. Otherwise, this topic should be renamed to "Ask Greg Farshtey Factal Questions" or something of that sort.

1Are Sea Squids immune to pit mutagen? It doesn't seem to affect them in anyway...

2Not in any way we have seen. It may well be causing internal changes to their DNA which won't become apparent for generations to come.

3What would these changes be?

5I think it was confirmed that the word "Kanohi" will still be used, but not on a large scale. And it seems pretty likely that Makuta will be made into a set as some point. He's too much of a main character to not make into a set, even if it takes 3 years like in the old Bionicle. ("Mataverse" Makuta wasn't made into a set until 2003.)

1The fikou that have adapted to "coastal and water regions", can they swim? Do they make their habitats under water?

1Mr. Farshtey,

2Could I at least ask you if the new Kopaka is still your favourite?

3Thanks.

4And you would be wrong. I am on here as a LEGO employee, and answering questions as a LEGO employee. My personal feelings are just that -- personal -- and are things I share with my family and my few close friends. They are not things I discuss as part of my professional life.

4I will have to see how the story plays out and how the characters act in it before I decide on a favorite character.

1Maybe if in that case, could you tell us what your thoughts are for the new plot that you know of so far? Or is it too personal of an opinion?
