83) That's not the equivalent of Av-Matoran being able to move at light speed. All that means is, when paired with a Toa, Photok provided a speed boost. If Pohatu had not been wearing a Mask of Speed, that speed boost would not have brought him to anywhere near that velocity.
94) I don't know that a non-Hordika Toa can do this, first of all. I don't think we ever saw them do that.

2I don't know specifically, because it is not explained in the '03 story bible. But I assume that the mask was somehow able to trigger the latent Toa energies in Takua the same way a stone does.

1Five of the Piraka were tossed into the Energized Protodermis pool along with others and became the Golden Skinned Being. Are they more or less "smashed" as their individual selves, or can they be split from the GSB?
2Also, right before the GSB was created, Antidermis entered the Protodermis pool. Which Makuta was it?

3Since that was 15 years ago, I don't really recall what the story reason was supposed to be. The practical reason was that we wanted to promote the six individual Toa more than we did the combination models.
4If I recall correctly, Makuta Teridax had something to do with it. I think he exerted his mind powers, causing the mental links in the Toa Kaita to break and thus the Toa to return to their individual forms.

2The story is "frozen in place" as Greg likes to say, so they're still in the fortress on Bota Magna with Helryx, Vezon, Brutaka, etc. Greg did say that he planned for them all to escape before Velika blew the place up, but other than that we have no information and Greg doesn't have anything specifically planned.
