2This is so awesome! Happy

3I did get some at the time, but I don't recall really having a favorite build.

1Greg, I've been a huge fan of Bionicle since it began. The fantastic, complex world and story you've built for it is awe-inspiring, and in my opinion it made it the best LEGO theme of all time. If there's one LEGO theme I'd like to see come back, it would be Bionicle. So my question is this: Do you think there's a chance of Bionicle returning someday? I know there are no plans currently, but how likely do you think it is for a new Bionicle theme to eventually be created?

2It's impossible for me to guess, because it would only partially be a creative decision -- it would also be a business decision, and I don't work on that end of things. I don't know what factors have to be taken into consideration to decide to bring it back.

1Bionicle fiction that is.

21) I do have stuff of my own that I am working on, but I don't have a lot of time for it.

32) I don't think i would be allowed to do unofficial BIONICLE fiction, since I am a LEGO employee.

Maybe if you had a 2010 LEGO Magizine The Best Of Brickmaster 2010 book you could find what I was talking about. Who did that artwork cause I love it! I even used the style in one of my drawings! I know it'll be hard to find what I'm talking about. Maybe you could get your hand on a copy of the March/April 2010 issue it wich it's in. Please reply!

2Even if I found it, doubt I would remember who did it.

3Ahh. Okay. I understand. Then can you tell me who did most of the artwork for the Bionicle aduio things on their website? That was really cool! If not then it's okay. Sorry art is one of my hobbies.

4Do you mean things like the original web game?

5No the audio series on the Bionicle Website. The art for that thing.

1I can't believe i'm talking to the Greg man! Joking Now, I have a question. Are you going to work on any more BIONICLE stuff, such as podcasts, or at least release a few more pieces of information?

1Hello, Mr Farshtey.

2Did you have any part in creating the dark hunters?

3Well, I just thought I'd ask this question...

4Because all in all, the dark hunters are my favorite bionicle people. ;{D

5I'll try not to bother you.

6Oh, and you can use the qoute button when replying to post. :{ )

1I don't know you that muchThinking but I will ask you some questions...

2When there were movies about Bionicle that came out, did you have the idea... or did you at ALL work with this movie?

3Another question... Are there going to be any more Bionicle sets? There weren't any in a long time, the site was removed, they might have been replaced with Hero Factory...Sad

4I'm glad I've got the chance to know you (will look up more about you)!Smile

1Do you find it weird that Kai means water in Japanese?

2Not really, no. Proper names are usually not trademarked, and as long as it doesn't mean something offensive, we can use it. It is really hard coming up with character names that don't already belong to somebody else.

3Kai is actually a rather basic syllable. Given it means  'water' then it's probably an inside joke. Kai also means "and" in Greek, and someother sutff as well/

1Hey, Greg!

2How did Zaktan survive Teridax's attack?

3Keep in mind that Zaktan is essentially a mutant. Things that might be expected to work on someone normal might not work the same on him.

4He also survived the shadowed one, so I'm not suprised he survived.

1 Hey, Mr. Farshtey! Happy I am a very big fan of both Ninjago and Bionicle! Welcome to the LMBs! Happy And I just wanna say you have an awesome way of storytelling and making some of the best LEGO theme kepp up the great work! Wink

1Hey, may I please ask, what happened to bionicles? Bionicles was epic, but why has it suddenly just dissapeared? Disappointed Crying Confused I don't know

2BIONICLE had been around for nine years when the decision was made to end it. I think after such a long time, there were signs of waning fan interest and LEGO Company decided to try a different direction.

3The problem was, HF simply did fuax Bionicles, instead of something original.

ScribeGT6817 wrote:11) I was looking to move to CT because my then girlfriend was living here, and I applied for a job at LEGO that I saw online. 2) Basically, when a BIONICLE character dies, its body gets teleported to the red star. A new body gets created and the brain patterns get transferred over, and they get sent back - -at least, that is how it is supposed to work. 3) I don't understand your question.

2Wow, I can't believe I'm having a conversation with Greg!

33) I mean, what would have been the out come of The Powers that Be? You left me hanging!

1So Greg, how did you come up with the epic plot for bionicle? What were your inspirations? Also, who was your favorite character to create and/or develop

21) I met you shortly after that contest, because of that contest. My brother was one of the winners.

32) Ha ha! Okay.

43) Interesting...

5Thanks! Happy

6And one more question... Who picked Matoro to be the one to save Mata Nui? You?

7And why Matoro?

8I did, yes. And I picked Matoro because he felt that he wasn't doing enough to be a hero ... he didn't really feel worthy of his power. So I thought it would be cool if he did the most heroic thing of all.

9Yeah.

10You did an epic job on that. Thumbs up

11Rereading that part always brings tears to my eyes. Really.
