21. Was this topic your idea, or the Mod's, and how did it come about?
32. How long do you think this topic will stay up?
43. Did you ever have a hand in any Bionicle set designs?
54. When Bionicle was first created, did the LEGO team have you on imedeately as writer or..?

I have read Journey's End 572 times!!!! my questions are, will you write more ninjago, and what is your favorite toa, and are you happy or sad that Chima replaced Bionicle. I'm sad and disappointed with LEGO.
21) Yes, there are more Ninjago graphic novels planned for 2014.
32) Kopaka
43) Chima did not replace anything. Ninjago will be back in 2014 with more sets and more TV episodes.
5Cool!

2So you do Ninjago too? I did not expect it. What is your job exactly with Ninjago?
3I write the Papercutz Ninjago graphic novels.
4So that's why those are so cool. .
5Oooh, here's a question I'm sure someone's already asked (): Which year of BIONICLE was your Favorite?
6Probably 2004
7Reeeeally? NOT the answer I was expecting. Interesting. .
8Great, now I'm actually more compelled to talk. .
9Hey everybody, I know this is pretty Hopeless, but let's take this slowly here. Poor Greg has probably missed a couple Hours of sleep just Answering everyone. .

32) Ha ha! Okay.
43) Interesting...
5Thanks!
6And one more question... Who picked Matoro to be the one to save Mata Nui? You?
7And why Matoro?
8I did, yes. And I picked Matoro because he felt that he wasn't doing enough to be a hero ... he didn't really feel worthy of his power. So I thought it would be cool if he did the most heroic thing of all.
9Yeah.
10You did an epic job on that.
11Rereading that part always brings tears to my eyes. Really.
12I know. I like Matoro.

13Matoror was always my favorite Toa, or any BIONICLE perhaps!

14*Matoro. Now I feel terrible.
1You're awesome. I had no idea you still did stuff for LEGO, and I find out that you're the writer behind my favorite theme. My favorite theme next to BIONICLE, of course. Ninjago is almost as good. I just like BIO better.
2Question time!
3The Yesterday Quest. The Powers That Be. What was going to happen? It's such a shame it just got cancelled. If you have any plans of continuing in the future, don't tell us, but if you don't think so, maybe just a teeny spoiler?
ScribeGT6817 wrote:keplers wrote:1Hello again, Mr. Farshtey!
2I'm sorry I made two separate posts for my questions, but I forgot this question that I always wanted to ask:
3Did you come up with the storyline for BIONICLE before the sets were designed, or did you work with the sets are provide a plot for them?
4Usually what would happen would be this. There would be an agreement on a really broad storyline -- the Toa are going to be underwater, for example, and the villains will be this -- and then the set designers would go to work. When they were done, we would start deciding who all the characters were and what they could do and fleshing out the story more,
5If I'm correct during the Mahri you had a prototype of Nuparu who had a sword. That's why in the books he had the Aqua Blaster Blade, correct?

2It's great to meet you! I have all of the Ninjago graphic novels (always buy them the day they come out. ), and was wondering how many more you're writing for 2014.
3Also, is Zane going to be the main villain, or is it another group of Nindroids?
4Thanks!
5Two are on the schedule right now, but I can't discuss plot.
6Cool! Thanks!
