2Repair how? If, for example, a piece of a Toa's armor got cracked, then yes, the Staff could fix that. If the Toa's organic tissue got damaged, it could not fix that.

Did the Ignika decide to just simply give him a form similar to that of the inhabitants of the planet? And if so, what would've happened if the Ignika had accidentally picked an Agori as his base form?

8He had a Toa body. The Ignika did not know how to make a Glatorian body, because it was designed for use in the MU. That does not mean he WAS  a Toa, simply that he had a Toa body.

9Hm...I see. So why did he resemble a Glatorian in the movie? Was it because of the animators? Obviously he wouldn't look like a Toa Metru/Nuva, but one would think the animators would've made an effort to make him look different, considering he looked exactly like the Glatorian.

10I don't know for sure, but my guess would be budgetary reasons. If you are going to take your main character and animate him differently than all your other characters, that costs money and time.
