1Hi Greg, no questions, just wanted to say thanks for being such an amazing author. You've really inspired me, and influenced my own style of writing. I used to read your BIONICLE books constantly and I still reread them. And thanks for this, the "Chat with Greg Farshtey" board. It's been a good way to keep BIONICLE alive and I'm so glad that you're doing this for us fans.

2Thank you!

1Buried.

2Gah, I accidentally put "3" for two questions. So I'll ask again, just to make sure which question you answered:

31. Antidermis is protodermis-based like everything else, right?

42. Could the Vorox and Zesk regain their intelligence?

5If your answer applied to both, I apologize.

6New ones:

73. Gali's temple, Ga-Kini, was underwater. In MNOG2, the Temple of Purity was also underwater. I know you had nothing to do with the game, but would you assume these were Matoran-built structures? Is it even feasible that the technologically-limited Matoran of Mata Nui could build structures underwater?

84. Do you think all Av-Matoran who were destined to become Bohrok have already done so?

95. Did Mata Nui's entire body have a camouflage system, or just his face? This came to mind when I thought that maybe the escaped Pit prisoners may have noticed the robot's outer shell after they swam out into the water.

106. How exactly could Mata Nui moniter a planet when he was underwater and there was an island on his face? From what I understand, this was his standard method of doing it.

117. Was Teridax bluffing when he asked Mata Nui to join him in conquest in the last (I think) comic? That goes against his personality.

128. Was the Matoran of Mata Nui's memory loss a gradual process, or did it occur immediately after entering the spheres? You said they took Kanoka to Mata Nui, but they lost their powers over time. They also built the villages from airships. However, they don't remember Kanoka, airships, or the villages being built at all.

139. Was Tuma concerned for his people at all? It sort of seemed that way, what with the Baterra crisis.

1410. Is it impossible for another leader-class Skrall to be born?

1511. I read that if a Sister of the Skrall has a male child, they will give it to the male Skrall. How can they even have a child if there's no father?

1612. What is Metus up to? Is he regretful? Sorry? Vengeful?

17Sorry I ask so many questions. I appreciate you answering them.

1Hi Greg! I've no idea how many times this has been asked or answered, but it seems like all information on this is nothing but speculation.

2Above ALL else, the one thing that has annoyed me to no end in the original Bionicle series is the Nuva Cube and the Nuva Symbols.

3Now for the most part, I understand the reason the symbols exist and why Artahka might have created them. But what was the original purpose of the cube itself? The design of the symbols and the cube seem so reliant on eachother, so they had to have been created at the same time, right? The symbols had to have been created before the Nuva transformation and transported to the island after they had transformed... But the Toa sealed the Bahrag moments before that transformation, so how could its original purpose be to free the queens if it was created before the creator knew Gahdok and Cahdok would be sealed in the first place? What was the cube meant to be used for when it was first made?

4On top of that, if the cube's original purpose wasn't to free the queens, and was simply sent along with the Nuva symbols to the island, how did it find itself in the Bahrag chamber and how did the Bohrok Kal know what exactly it might do?

5It just seems like the Bohrok Kal arc has so many holes and so many unexplained pivotal plot elements. Would it be possible for you to provide us with some answers to make sense of it all?

6Happy Thanks!

7Buried again. I suppose it's kind of a long question, so take your time. ^_^

1Hello Greg, it's been a while since I have asked you a question so...

21.Would the normal powers of a Great Being likely consist of the elemental powers of the MU and SM or powers alien to most species?

32. Do the Great Beings hold any form of attachment to their creations?

43. Is it possible for Great Beings to have children?

54. Were there any Great Beings planned to be introduced in the old wave of Bionicle if the story had progressed?

65. Where would the Great Beings origins likely be? Are they similar to humans or some other race?

76. How aware are the Great Beings of the events taking place in alternate universes?

87. Did the Great Beings wear masks?

98. Do Great Beings have Biomechanics inside of them?

109. Are there any form of record of Great Beings on SM such as names or creations?

1110. Were there any plans to make a Great Being Sets back in the original line?

1211. Was there any art made of the Great Being while the old line was running?

1312. Do the Great Beings have any other rival races elsewhere?

14Thank you for your time, sorry I had so many questions.

1Greg Farshtey, how do you invision your BIONICLE characters in your mind? Do they look like the toys? Like the movie animation? Like the comics? More like actual people?

2I generally don't. I don't think in pictures, I think in words.

3Hi SD -  Papercutz no longer has the Ninjago license, that is why there have been no more books.

8The info that exists on this was in the story. If more existed, I would have included it in the comics.

1Hello, Greg! Huge Bionicle fan here. I wanted to ask you a few questions. Wink

2What sort of animations with the Bionicle story use in the summer? Will it use the comic-book style animations, or a more CGI approach, like NinjaGo and HF?

3------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4Will all of the Toa get to awaken Ekimu, or will some of them get captured / defeated along the way?

5(From what I have deduced, Lewa gets defeated first, then Pohatu, then Kopaka, and then Onua. Only Gali and Tahu get to the Forge, and while Gali is outside, fighting an attack of Skull Spiders, Tahu hurries inside to awaken Ekimu. In doing so, he accidentally awakens the Skull Grinder. Ekimu tells him to go outside and save Gali, while he battles the Grinder in an attempt to gain the Mask of Creation.)

6-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

7The Bionicle comic book featured in Issue 1 of this year's UK LEGO Club Magazine shows Toa and Protectors that look slightly different to the real product. Was this comic designed rather early on, or was it done on purpose?

8Thanks for answering these questions! Wink

1I Mr Greg

21.Why the Great Beings have created the robot prototype and for what purpose?

32.Why Annona has failed to devour dreams of the Great Beings? Yet, you said that the Great Beings were like the Glatorian and Agori not like gods or overpowered beings.

43. Where Annona comes from? Another dimension? Alien planet? Or she comes of Spherus Magna?

54. Annona is part of a species? Or she is unique?

65.How the Great Beings have succeeded to defeat Annona?

1 Greg isn't working on the current BIONICLE. So even if he knows the answers, it isn't his place to give them.

1There's an alternative dimension where Teridax wins the war of Bara Magna? If so, he succeeded his spatial conquest?

1Greg Farshtey, if you could have any 1 BIONICLE character meet with any 1 Ninjago character who would they be and why?

2Also, did Ninjago use some story elements that were dropped from BIONICLE?
