51) Probably all of the above. They certainly would have had time to build whatever they needed to -- by the time Takanuva lands there, the city has been in existence for 10,000 years.

62) None of the story bibles still exist, Ankas, at least not in my possession. I have moved offices so many times over the years here that anything I didn't need to bring with me got tossed.

2Yes, you do, and no, he's not. The red star does give you a new body, but it is based on the template of your old one. If you  have no body, there is nothing to contain your mental patterns and so no way to transfer them to a new body.
