22. Did the cursed Great Being also escape? Was he freed by the beings taken from the Core Processor?

This set was a small promotional one included with Duracell batteries in a 2006 promotion. (If you have no idea what I'm talking about, just search up the name on Google.)
2Even if this set isn't Turaga Lhikan, it at least had to have had inspiration from that character. Not only is it the perfect size for a Turaga, it also has the correct color scheme of dark red and a gold mask. Actually, it has the exact same mask as Toa Lhikan. The character also carries a small staff, just like all other Turaga.
3So is this canonically Turaga Lhikan? And if it isn't, could you make it canon?
4I think this got buried.
5Sure, go ahead.
6BS01 World Leaders fail to realize that 7216 Gold Good Guy IS Turaga Lhikan. Please illuminate them with knowledge. I'd like for you to please re-state that yes. Because they fail to accept the glory that is 7216 Gold Good Guy. Thanks for your time.

22. Do they look like that 2008 Avohkii?
33. About how many Avohkii exist in the MU?
41) Shadow Takanuva would not wear masks that promote peace and light.
52) Yes
63) Only one true one that I know of
7So I'm assuming the Avohkii they wear is like a "Dark Avohkii", Dark Mask of Light? Seems, contradictory... Since they don't wear masks that promote peace and light, would that mean it is in essence a Kraahkan? A mask of shadows?
1Does the Mask of Creation in the old Bionicle story look the same as the one that has just been revealed? Your description of the mask and this new one have many similarities. Even if the old story and the new story have no connection, it would be nice to know what the third legendary mask looks like.
2Also, are they the same mask? As in, do they have the same powers?
3Sorry if I asked any questiones you can't answer right now.
1Dear Greg Farshtey,
2I have a couple of questions about Bionicle 2.0:
31. If it is a reboot, how would the mask of creation fit into the story line? Isn't Artakha supposed to be wearing it?
42. If it is a continuation, how would the mask of creation fit into the story line? Isn't Artakha supposed to be wearing it?
maletoaofwater wrote:1I wanted to ask you some questions about the elements of Ice and Water...
21. We've seen toa of ice freeze water to make ice. considering that, couldn't a toa of water melt ice to make water?
32. Why were these elements separate to begin with, considering ice is just frozen water? where do you draw the line on what one can control and what the other can control?
43. additionally, (not about ice or water) considering lava is just melted earth/rock, could a toa of either of those elements control lava? if not, what element would lava fall under? or can it not be controlled at all?
5...and about 2015 (i know you can't say much).
61. based on some of the things said on this thread, it sounds like 2015 is going to be a reboot. assuming it is, will the old canon be specified as a separate reality (like the Kingdom AU, etc)?
72. Most importantly, i will not be able to attend NYCC. how will i be able to find out the information revealed at the panel? will LEGO perhaps release a video of the panel or something?
8Thank you!
9I think this was burried.

2I wrote something like 800,000 words of BIONICLE in my time on it, so no one quote jumps out at me.
3that's too bad- wait, 800,000 words!?!?!
4Yes. An average of six books a year for six years, at 20,000 words a book. That's 720,000 right there. Plus comics, serials, web content, Club magazine articles, and on and on. I have seen people complain about BIONICLE getting too complex, to which I respond, ANYTHING that has 800,000 words written about it is going to get complex. You can't just write, "See Tahu run. Run, Tahu, run," over and over again.
5The complexity was my favorite part, even as a young kid. The depth of the universe was awesome... There was no end to the entertainment one could get from it. Another thing I liked so much was the uniformity: everything was all part of the same continuity. Unlike all the Spiderman reboots, bionicle was one cohesive reality across all media; it was all one story. That is one of the reasons I'm so skeptical about 2015, if it turns out to be a reboot, unless it takes place in some AU of the original story. (like the kingdom AU for example).

21) Based on the fact that Mata Nui has never flown outside of Solis Mgna, how many planets are there in this system (SM, that is)?
32) What race does Sentrakh belong to? Well, we know he was created thanks to some DH experiments, but exactly how did that happen? Maybe TSO "combined" several DHs via mutations?
43) How did Devastator come to life? We know he came from the fiery crag on Karzahni, but how? Could Karzahni possibly create him?
54) Kind of a strange question. Is it possible to create Nuva versions of Ignika/Vahi/Mask of Creation?
65) Could Berix possibly be Velika's agent? He had access to the Great Beings' lab and could possibly communicate with him from there.
7Also, you wrote:8>2) I have no idea what you are referring to.92.1) I mean, did the GB create these pocket dimensions? If not, how did they appear? Moreover, for instance, the Kestora were present in "City of Silver".

DavidM96 wrote:DavidM96 wrote:1Thank you again, Mr. Farshtey. I have some new questions as well:
- 2Were there any types of long-distance communication in the MU (not exactly telephones, but something similar, such as radio or comlinks)?
- 3Did Matoran have other kinds of entertainment besides sports like Kohlii and Akilini? Perhaps something like an amusement park or a cinema?
- 4In a similar manner of thinking, would cities like Metru-Nui have apartment complexes, or would each Matoran have an individual home?
- 5Is there any way (experimental or actual) that a Toa could willingly or unwillingly switch elements? Would the Vortixx or Nynrah Ghosts have been interested in this idea?
- 6Could a Matoran exposed to Energized Protodermis gain control of his/her elemental power as a side effect of the contact?
7Thank you again!
8I'm not sure, but I think these got buried...
9Buried again...
10Also, I'm not sure if you can answer this yet, but based upon your review of 2015's BIONICLE story bible, do you think the story will satisfy both new and old fans? I'm not asking you to share anything you've seen (we'll let LEGO do that), but do you think it will appeal to everyone?

5As I have said, I really can't share info on BIONICLE 2015 until the BIONICLE team releases it. Once there is a dedicated BIONICLE message board here for the new launch, I will be referring questions on 2015 over there.

TheSkeletonMan939 wrote:1Hi Greg,
2This might be an odd question, but: since you were so involved with Bionicle, were you ever given any soundtrack CDs with Bionicle music on them? Pixar, for instance, gives its employees exclusive CDs whenever they finish a movie; these CDs have all the film's music on them. Given Bionicle had four films with amazing music and a plethora of online media with soundtracks of their own, did LEGO ever something similar for its Bionicle employees?
3Thanks.
4No, nothing like that ever existed.
