1Actually, it was never "illegal" for sites to post the names, because the sites do not have non-disclosure agreements with LEGO Company. What was in violation of those agreements was the leaking of the names to start with, and it was out of respect for those agreements that BZP and MOD both refrained from posting names/images until they were up on a legitimate retail site.

1LTOE - They are being seen this year in the Nuva blog on BIONICLEstory.com. And since the movie is future storyline, I can't discuss it.
