1Sandman - On the island of Mata Nui, yes, that is still true. No being more powerful than a combination of a Makuta and a Toa of Light has walked on that island. Kardas Dragon, for example, is very powerful, but he does not have 42 powers plus control of shadow and light.
2BM - 1) No Great Beings will be appearing in 2008, and Mata Nui is not a Great Being. He's a Great Spirit. 2) I cannot discuss anything related to 2009. 3) Because she had use for Vultraz, and she needed Mazeka alive to spread the word that Vultraz was dead so no one would be looking for him. 4) No, he simply didn't. Not everyone reacts the same way. 5) No. That was a flashback, it took place on the Tren Krom peninsula many years ago. I think it even says something at the beginning about it being years ago.

1Toamiru -- 1) No. If it wasn't their destiny to be mutated by Roodaka, they never would have been in the first place. EP will mutate them again or destroy them. 1a) Roodaka can undo what she has done. 2) We'll see when he wakes up. 3) Matoran do not have space flight capability, and you have to remember we already have Star Wars and other space-oriented lines, so not sure we need another spaceship line.

1Sandman - 1) Yes. 2) From what we have seen, separate. 3) Other Toa can create them as well, as well as Rahkshi, Bohrok, Matoran, etc. 4) Depends on what they are digging them up for

1Storyteller - 1) I am not going to suddenly just reveal a whole bunch of stuff online after '08, simply because no decision has been made to never come back to the Matoran universe. TSO's name will never be revealed, I can tell you that right now, and as for the Bahrag, the Great Beings made them. 2) Some, here and there over the years, not a lot.
