11.) In one of the books I remember reading that someone had said that the Visorak came from "the pit" with a lowercase "P". Later on in the series the actual Pit was also called "the pit" with a lowercase "P". So did the Visorak get their Hordika venom by mixing Pit mutagen with their saliva, or were they a different species entirely but then mutated into what they are today by the mutagen? 21) No. The concept of the Pit as prison did not exist at the time that the Visorak book was written -- the book was written in 2004.

If it was barren, it wouldn't. 114) Well there are good Matoran and evil Matoran, just as there are good humans and bad humans. I can't answer how a murderous human got to be that way, so not sure how you would answer it for a Matoran.
