1I think Nui-Rama means Great Fly, Nui-Kopen is Great Wasp, and Nui-Jaga is Great Scorpion or something. Maybe Kuma-Nui means Great Rat.
2Do you know what a Kuma Nui is? It's the combiner model of Mauka and Kane-Ra. 3It's BIG I think it might mean something more ferocious?
4Maybe it means Great Bear since Kuma stands for Bear in Japanese
5I was thinking this too, but the creature is more rat-like than bear-like, plus Bionicle doesn't often take words from Japanese. It should though.

While most being are roughly the same age, the Matoran seem a lot more innocent and less wise in comparison to Toa, and many Order of Mata Nui members of other such beings. Is this simply because the only life they have ever known is their jobs and they have never really gotten much experience in the world, or is it possible that the Matoran's memories and minds, or AIs, are less complex and simply retain less information and do not process as much?
119) This one is more of a theory that I was wondering if it could be valid. First off, are the majority of the southern islands volcanic, or is it just a few around Artidax? Secondly, if most of the southern islands are volcanic, could it be that the energy seen coming from the Great Spirit Robot's feet when it flies is some form of plasma that is produced in the volcanic islands (because you have said that the islands work as organs for the robot). And lastly, if both of the other statements are true, is it possible that those islands could be one possible place that Matoran of Plasma live?

Well Hewkii's mask lets him control just the gravity on a single target, as opposed to being able to do all of the things that a Toa of Gravity would be able to do, such as control their own gravity, or the entire area's gravity. So what I meant was, would an Elemental Kanohi just give the user control over a single ability of the element, for example, a hypotethical mask of ice would just allow the user to blast a stream of ice rather than being able to also control the temperature. 1512) So does that mean that a mask has a certain amount of energy, and the more you use it, the more it drains it's power sort of like a battery?

3It takes a looong looong time for Kanohi to drain. Kanohi are made from Kanoka, which take a significant ammount of time to lose their power, and the power-losing process is dramatically slowed when made into a Mask. Think about it, it would be impractical for a Toa to have to swap all of their masks on a constant basis.

41. kuma: (as in kuma Nui) 5kuma are described as "rat-like creatures" on bs01, so could "kuma" translate to "rat" or "rodent"?
62. Kahu: (rahi) 7kahu are described as "hawk rahi", so could "kahu" translate to "hawk" or something similar?
83. Kirikori (Kirikori Nui) 9Kirikori Nui are pretty much massive locusts. Could Kirikori translate to something like "grasshopper" or "locust"?
104. Mahi (rahi) 11Mahi are described as "goat rahi", so could "mahi" translate to "goat" or something similar?
12Locations: 13I realize you do not like naming characters after locations very often (eg naho). I am not asking you to use these names as characters (tho I personally like the idea) but to further flesh out the matoran language by providing translations. If you do not want to make up translations, I understand, but I believe this is a good opportunity to add to the fanbase without actually creating something new. 14Another option is for you to use these words to supplement your name list you are awaiting back from legal.
