2I think it was revealed in BL4, when the Piraka find the Staff of Fusion in MoMN's layer. There's nothing to say that the BoM made the staff themselves, but they obviously got or took it from whoever made it and MoMN put in his layer.

8*Racks Brain* Greg said that Spiriah, if he didn't help, or didn't coaperate with the OoMN, would be dropped on the BoM's doorstep on Destral, and they would "take care of him". If he does come back from this mission alive, the OoMN's version of mercy would be dropping him in the newly rebuilt pit.

2This is a bit of a science question about Toa Ignika. Say one of the Makuta (or any enemy) knocked his mask off. Would his body dissolve into its component molecules, or could he keep the body intact long enough to retrieve his mask? Does the connection end when the mask is pulled off?

2Same. I don't understand why so many members want to know the rest of this year's story and next year's so quick.
3Because we basically already know the ending to 2008. Toa wake up Mata Nui, Makuta pull a Xanatos Gambit, revealing their true dastardly plan, and something really bad happens...and then the story moves out of the Bionicle universe, abandons the old naming conventions, and goes in a "totally new direction." People are naturally going to be more interested in the stuff that's more mysterious.
1That's precisely the reason I'm not so sure about the 2008 ending. Greg said that a lot of people would guess at the 2008 ending and be wrong...
