1Greg, if both Nidhiki and The Hagah, were mutated by Roodaka's spinner, how come thy're different?
2EDIT: you're taking a suggestion. The accessory packs. Ah!

1The Disousa: I can answer this 'n' for ya. Roodaka has control over what she mutates things into. She can make them into whatever she wishes.
2Greg: Are the Piraka that are fused into the contest winner special in any way as to why they were fused, or are two of the Piraka just randomly fused together?
#1018
1Disousa - No, I'm not -- what I said was accessory packs don't sell. How is that "taking a suggestion?"
2They are fused together by Vezon - he chooses which two he fuses.
#1019
1In relation to my last question:
2"If both Nidhiki and the hagah were mutated by Roodaka, why are they different?"
3So you mean, that, if she wanted she could make a matoran, toa nuva, or a toa, toa nuva? or a, eheh, mas, a toa...?... uh...eh?

1She could make you look like a Toa, yes -- but she could not give you Toa power, she does not have that ability. Same way she could make you look like a Turaga, but could not give you elemental powers as that is beyond the scope of her abilities. It's sort of like this -- she could turn you into a baseball player, so you would be stronger, more agile, and faster than you are now. But she couldn't give you the years of experience a baseball player has in hitting, fielding, etc., so you might be no good at all, despite your new form.
2Now, you will say, then how could she "cure" the Rahaga, if she can't make you really a Toa? Easy -- the Rahaga still have their Toa power locked inside them, they just can't access it in their current incarnation. If she undid what she did to them, they could go back to being Toa because they never willingly gave up that power. They were just cut off from it.
#1021
1What about a mask, could she "Hordikafy" it?
2Or let's say, change it's apearance into looking like a toa?
3(Completing an Idea...)
4The Disousa
#1022
1If you are talking about a standard Kanohi mask, answer's no, she cannot mutate an object. It is POSSIBLE she could affect an Inika mask, because they are organic and sentient. Even if she changed its appearance, though, it probably wouldn't fool anyone since it doesn't have much more than a very primitive intelligence.
#1023
1darn...
2So she can controll the shape of any organic thing?
3The Disousa
#1024
1Yes, her spinner will work on any organic thing.
#1025
1Could she mutate someone's mind?
#1026
1No, the Rhotuka works on the physical body, not the mind.
#1027
1You have stated before that the Bohrok Swarms are neither good or evil and that their mission (when performed at the right time) accomplishes the Great Spirit's plan. If this is so, why is it that the Krana and the Bahrag Queens seem to have personalities that are not neutral in character? E.G. the Za Krana talked contemptibly to Onua and the Bahrag mocked Lewa. My point is, for beings that do only what their mission requires, they seem rather malicious in a way.
2Also, why is it that the Za Krana demonstrated personality and higher intelligence only when in control of Lewa's mind?

1Is the Roodaka character in the Bionicle Heroes Demo just one of Roodaka's species, seeing as Roodaka was killed by the Hordika and her body was absorbed into Makuta?
#1029
1HAL 9000 - Keep in mind that as far as the krana or the Bahrag knew, the Toa were just obstacles interfering with their duty. No Matoran were supposed to be living on Mata Nui, they didn't belong there -- and note that the Bohrok NEVER attacked Matoran or Toa unless they got directly in the Bohrok's way (their job would have gone a lot faster if they just killed all the Matoran). So you have a swarm of beings with a solemn duty to Mata Nui, and others are trying to stop them from carrying it out -- so in their minds, the Toa were the villains, and worthy of contempt.
2Rabin - Actually, your interpretation of what happened in B3 is off. Roodaka was not killed, and Makuta's shadow hand whisked her to a place of safety, he did not absorb her. It was stated in LEGO Magazine last year that she had been playing both sides of the BOM-Dark Hunter war, which did not break out until AFTER B3.
3As for the video game, it is not official storyline, so I wouldn't worry about explanations for why old characters are in it. They're in it because the designers needed more stuff for you to shoot at.

1Greg, I have some questions. Set-wise, Axonn is the same size as the Toa Inika. Is this true in the story as well? Also, set-wise, the Toa and Toa Nuva are a lot smaller than the Toa Inika. Is that true in the story as well?
2^TZT^
#1031
1Thanks for clarifying ^_^
#1032
11) I did not picture Axonn as being the same size as the Toa, but I don't have a big problem with it if he is.
22) No. The Inika are only bigger because they have more points of articulation than the Nuva did. They are not bigger in the story.
#1033
1If the Nuva were remade, would they be any bigger? And if they were, would they have different masks?
#1034
1When are you going to reveal the name of Bionicle Legends #7
#1035
1Kardas - Asking the wrong person. Right now, there are no plans I am aware of to remake the sets and if there were, the sets would be done by the designers in Denmark and I would not have a role in that.
2Jack15 - At this point, #7 has not been started yet, because with the change in the book schedule I had to scrap what I had written. It is now not scheduled for release until July '07, so way too early to release a title (even if one was approved)
#1036
1I'm not sure if this has been found but the kardas dragon is it a set or do you buy the sets and then you build it?
2if its a set is there anything specail that comes with it?
#1037
1Is a Turaga Hordika or a Turaga Rahaga possible?

3It's a big box with the three sets included and an extra instruction booklet to build it with al the pieces included. [Smile]
4It comes with nothing special in it. [Frown]

1Mr.greg,
2Is vezon's power fusing two or more beings together?
3How do you pronounce lewa and and voya nui? I remember "The Great Redini" Saying that lewa was pronoucned Lay-wuh is this correct?
#1040
1Rabin - Doubtful on Rahaga-Turaga. A Rahaga cannot turn into a Turaga because it is not a Toa -- and only a Toa can become a Turaga. A Turaga Hordika is possible, if the Turaga was subjected to Visorak venom. A Toa Hordika most likely could not turn into a Turaga, however.
2TNK - The power of Vezon's spear is to fuse things together or split them apart. And yes, Lewa is pronounced Lay-wuh, according to the Encyclopedia, and Voya Nui is pronounce Voh-yah New-ee.
#1041
1can you say if the kardas dragon will ever come out with somthing? I don't want to waste my money.
#1042
1Thank you greg here are more:

2Will the rahaga and keetongu show up this year?
#1043
1Shadrahk - I don't understand your question. Are you asking if the Kardas has a special piece in it that the three sets used to make it do not? Answer's no, there is no exclusive piece with the set, only the directions for how to build it.
2TNK - No, not this year. None of them are on Voya Nui or headed there.
#1044
1No I mean like are they on metru nui with the matoran and turaga?
#1045

2I can answer your question. The Rahaga are on Metru-Nui with the Matoran;Keetongu is elsewhere.

3And I can tell you that that's wrong. The Rahaga were on Metru Nui to welcome the Matoran home, then they left again to do the same thing Keetongu is; Freeing Visorak-enslaved islands.
4TNK: The story isn't focused on Metru Nui for the time being, so I wouldn't expect them to appear even if they were there.

1Thanks, Greg. I have a few more.21.) Do all Toa seem to have trouble controlling their elemental powers when they first become Toa? (e.g. Toa Metru didn't use elemental powers much in movie)
32.) Could these matoran possibly be destined to become Toa?4Kapura, Macku, Hafu, Taipu, Kopeke, Tamaru.
53.) Is Macku worried that she hasn't seen Hewkii for days?
64.) Will the Exo-Toa re-appear in the future, or will their parts be used to make another Nuparu original?
75.) Just curious, but did Turahk have a shadow Kraata?
86.) Will lego come out with more collectibles?9Masks? [Big Grin] (I've been wanting a metru matoran mask pack for ages) Yay to dark blue/silver Akaku10Spinners? [Smile]

1Hey Greg!2i dont need much help with the storyline but i do have some questions for you.
31 - whats the best question you've ever been asked?
42 - have you ever had to change your answers as the storyline has increased?
53 - what is your favourite year so far?
64 - when you started with bionicle, did you see it developing to where it is today?
7thanks in advance

1Rabin
21) Certainly, if someone becomes a Toa not having seen Toa in action much, it would be an issue. But the Toa did not use their elemental powers in B2 because they had exhausted them in battle with the Morbuzakh and Krahka.
32)No plans for that at this time.
43) I am sure she is concerned about him, but by now, certainly the Matoran know Jaller led a team of Matoran someplace.
54) I don't have set plans for them at this point.6The reduced book schedule curtails what I can do with old sets and story items.
75)Not that I am aware of.
86) I would love to see mask packs come back at some point, and who knows, maybe someday we will do that. One of the obstacles is that all our focus groups come back with "more emphasis on weapons."
