1Has the Le-Matorans' Boogiemania ever subsided?
Original#9181
1Riff Raff - 1) Do you mean why the Toa had to go get it at the end of '07? 2) It was there in the first place, yes. 3) Takanuva is carrying the sundial with him, in a smaller form. 4) That's correct, it is not in the domes, nor is it on Mata Nui, nor is it on or in the red star. Why does it need to be set someplace you have already heard of? 5) Their map will, they most likely will not. 6) Well, Tahtorak and KD are active on Xia, and so have been mentioned this year, and Kardas is in Metru Nui now.
2Biocore - 1) Not something I can answer, since doing so would be discussing future storyline. I have to add, though, that while I personally would not rule it out, the reaction to Metru Nui at the time seemed to indicate people prefer the Mata Nui/Voya Nui type setting over the more high-tech ones.
Original#9191
11. Aye, why they had to get it.
23. Sweet.
34. It doesn't, I was just clearing up any misunderstanding that I had.
46. Alright, I was just checking to make sure they hadn't moved anywhere else yet.
5Also, I did send you a PM concerning no questions. -RR/Swert
Original#9216
1Riff Raff - 1) The Toa Nuva were sent to get it because the OOMN knew they were going to be sending Takanuva on a mission, and he would need it.
Original#9245
11) Sun dial in a smaller form... could it have anything to do with the dust krika blew on takanuva? 22) Is the sun dial the one used to get takanuva to makuta's lair on mata nui?33) Couldnt takanuva go back to mata nui (island) and use the spear of fusion that was not taken by the piraka?
4I just noticed that my questions were answered on the old Bionicle story ask greg. I found this while playing around on the internet in Jamaica (still there) and found that5 you answered my question there. Thanks again.
54) How can Axxon breath on the voya nui island under water in the dm story seriels? Is he using Idris' water thing from lesovics story seriels?65) What of the voya nui matoran in dark mirror?
7Andrew
Original#9290
1DGH - 1) No. 2) I don't recall a sundial being involved in that? 3) It was taken by Vezon, he had it on Voya Nui. 4) Axonn was in an underground chamber with the Voya Nui Matoran, so breathing was not an issue, they were never submerged in water. 5) What of them? Voya Nui never broke off its continent in the DM universe, because the Great Cataclysm never happened, so they are in Voya Nui on their continent.

1Will their be a set that has a mask of intangibility?
Original#9300
1Ah double post sorry. What did Brutaka do while he was in the BoM?
Original#9310
1MTX - 1) Right now, I doubt it. You have seen all the 2008 sets, and that mask will not figure into 2009 at all. 2) He was a soldier in their army.
Original#9314
1Whats Kardas doing on Metru Nui and how did he get there?
Original#9320
1I'd assume hes sitting in the archives..... but i could be totally wrong...
2Don't know if you can answer this, but what is the "Theme" of summer 08? Because You know 06 was kind of industurial themed, 07 was water, Early 08 was like Sky themed, so whats the theme of Summer 08?
Original#9322
1Ria - 1) My guess would be rampaging. He's not from Metru Nui, and he's destructive by nature.
2Nate - 1) Swamp.
Original#9365
1If there isn't gonna be a set could you at least give me a descripttion of wht you think it would look like, ore some picture of some sort?
Original#9371
1Since I think in words, not pictures, I don't imagine how things look when I come up with them. I leave that to artists and set designers, neither one of which I am.
Original#9382
1Mister Farshtey, iff you would imagine yourself as a Toa, which element would you like to control, which mask would you like to wear and which kind of tools would you prefer to wield?
Original#9412
1No personal questions for the Gregmeister... *rolls eyes*
2Greg, questions for ya:
3Is there a storyline reason for the colors of the Makuta? Also, Re: Vamprah, did you base his personality off of the fact that he looks much more like a bat than the other two Makuta? Finally, can you say for certain that the Kanohi of the Makuta and their respective Shadow Matoran are related?, due to the obviously similar shapes, color patterns, and usage? Thank you.
4-Ceric Neesh
Original#9413
1TN - Really not something I have worried about.
2CN - 1) Only that as shapeshifters they can look how they like. 2) Yes. 3) No, I have never said anything of the kind about that. And as far as usage goes, the Matoran have no mask powers, so there is no connection there.
Original#9433
11) The last Mutran chr. stated that Makuta no longer needed to eat. What did they eat before?22) The makuta felt pain from advancing age. Could they have died of age before? 33) Can matoran and toa strill die of old age?44) How can Makuta "mist" or antidermis travel like it did wioth chirox and Makuta Teridax?55) Can a makuta's concience be dispersed over time or does it have to happen at one moment or the concience comes back?66) Did all makuta evolve at the same time?77) Why couldn't a makuta move in its armor then (Kojol, Bitil, Mutran) but can now?88) Do bionicles still need to breath? What do they breath?99) Can a bionicle rust?1010) How was the first bionicle made?1111) Sorry about before, I meant used for Takua to go to Makuta's lair in the MNoGame

1Is Takadox still working with the Brotherhood of Makuta to this day?
Original#9459
1DGH - 1) Same sorts of things Matoran and Toa eat -- the energy from fruits, vegetables, and living creatures like fish. 2) All BIONICLE beings care capable of dying from age. 3) Yes. They are partially organic, and organics fail with time. 4) Same way smoke travels through the air. 5) What generally happens is that after a certain amount of time, the Makuta's willpower gives out enough that it cannot hold the substance of the energy together anymore. The energy and his consciousness are dispersed and he ceases to exist. 6) Roughly, yes. 7) Because they were in a transitional phase of the evolution when they couldn't move their armor, halfway between what they were and what they are now. Once they completed the evolution, they could move again. 8) Yes, they do -- if they didn't need to breathe, then they wouldn't have to worry about drowning. But we have never gotten into what their air consists of. 9) Armor and weapons can, sure. 10) I can't discuss this. 11) Since MNOG was done before my time at LEGO and parts of it are not official, I don't pay much attention to it.
2DRTB - 1) No. Teridax made it pretty clear what he thought of Takadox in BL #8, and since the tablet of transit he had no longer exists, he has no way to show he ever worked with them.

1Mr. Farshtey....
21) Was the "boogiemania" (You know, the dancing and the partying and the raving and whatnot) that the Le-Matoran exhibited on Mata-Nui something unique to their time on Mata-Nui or something they had from the very start?32) What other types of Matoran exhibit "boogiemania" of a similiar intensity to the Le-Matoran of Mata-Nui/Metru-Nui?43) Has Taipu's Boogiemania (contracted after being saved from the Nui-Rama hive on Mata-Nui) ever subsided? Or is the dancing he is shown doing in MNOG non-canon?54) Do BIONICLE universe has Hallucinogens?65) When the Le-Matoran returned to Metru-Nui, did they get depressed at the lack of trees and start a tree-growing campaign? Does Dume approve of this?76) What is the BIONICLE Universe equivalent of trading cards amongst Matoran/other species?87) How thick is the atmosphere in the Karda-Nui Swamp? Is it thick enough that it causes lung and breathing problems to those whose lungs are not the right type?

1Can a makuta take over a living being or armor around a being?
Original#9478
1TOW - 1-3) Not something I am familar with. That sounds like something from the online games, which was before my time at LEGO. 4) Not that we have encountered thus far. If they did, they would have to be airborne, since there is no proof BIONICLE beings have bloodstreams. 5) No more than the Ta-Matoran got depressed over a lack of volcanoes or the Ko-Matoran a lack of icy mountains. 6) There is no such equivalent. 7) Nope.
2DGH - A Makuta can possess a robot or a living body that has no spirit in it. He cannot possess an object and make it move, so going into just a non-Makuta suit of armor would be a waste of time.

21-3) So the Le-Matoran dancing is not canon?35) Never mind that Ko-Matoran have towers composed of ice which are at the very least similiar in appearance to icy mountains and that the Ta-Matoran have what APPEARS to be lava.46) They don't collect things as a hobby in BIONICLE universe? 57) Well how thick is it then?
6New Questions:78) How is Taipu coping with the lack of adventures?89) When you compared Toa of Light to Turaga of Light- did you mean a 100 Watt INCANDECENT (sp?) Bulb, or another kind of bulb?910) On a related note to question 9), Since White light is composed of numerous wavelengths (colors) of light, it is assumed that Toa of Light are actually emitting numerous wavelengths (colors) of light as a single beam when they emit white light. Can Turaga of Light combine these wavelengths of light as good as the Toa of Light can? Or do the beams tend to seperate into their constituent wavelengths, so that they appear to be firing Rainbows instead of Lasers? 1011) Also related to 9), Do Toa of Light accidentally emit small amounts UV light whilst attacking with light? 1112) Makuta are only weak to VISIBLE light, is that correct?1213) What's the first thing that would go through a Makuta's mind if a Turaga of Light attacked him with a Rainbow?

1If he can possess something without a spiret, could he not possess Mata Nui himself if he died?
Original#9536
1TOW - 1) I didn't say it wasn't canon, simply that it is not something I am familiar with. It's a 2001 issue, and I am pretty much completely focused on 2009 right now. 5) Fair point -- but the reason the Le-Matoran were initially comfortable in the jungle is that in Metru Nui they lived among a jungle of cables. So the similarity is pretty much at the same level as what you are pointing out. 6) You had asked about trading cards ... most of the things I see people collecting in this universe would be more like art collectors in our universe, not really people swapping things back and forth the way you do with trading cards. 7) About as thick as the average Everglades area. It's a swamp.
28) His life is not as exciting as it once was, but re-exploring the Archives when you don't remember any of it is far from boring. 9) Is this a serious question? 10, 11, 13) Not something I have worried about, since I don't need to for story. 12) I would agree with that.
3DGH - But if Mata Nui's body is dead, it's not a "living body without a spirit," right?
Original#9550

25) Cables do not photsynthesize, grow, or replace Carbon Dioxide with Oxygen. Nor do they have leaves, sap or fruit.
39) Yes it is. Because 100-Watt Incandescent bulbs give off more heat than actual light, whilst Fluorescent bulbs give more light and less heat.

1Where are the piraka? The rest of the Barraki?
Original#9663
15) And crystal towers are not made of ice, they are made of crystal. And forges do not erupt periodically. Your point?
29) Again, not something I have time to worry about because I don't need to know for story.
3MegaToaX - The other Barraki are in the ocean, the Piraka are prisoners on Daxia.

1I'm just curious, but can a being with the elemental power of Iron be able to manipulate a Toa Tool carried by a being using the Mask of Intangibility?
