)1snow30, the reason the Order chose Brutaka and the others on the new team was already explained in Greg's blog. Apart from Brutaka, the other 5 have reasons to join. Either they join or choose the alternative - killed by the Brotherhood, get stuck in the Pit, etc... 2Toa Devak, your theory doesn't mean anything. Kardas doesn't have a meaning in Matoran language, and possibly neither is Karda. We don't know if Nuva means "new", and Matoran languages mostly don't apply to names.

1Wait, so the phantoka MAkuta are blind? They can still use sound waves and stuff to find the Nuva. OR their form is adapted to be good at hearing (etc). So basically they carry Matoran around like seeing-aid dogs....That also shoot bolts of shadow energy.

2Hi, Greg. I've been reading through OGD lately and came up with a few questions of my own.
31) Since the Mask of Shadows can allow Makuta to see the darkness inside of someone, could the Mask of Light allow Takanuva to see the light in someone?
42) Can Takanuva use his powers of light to help those that have been turned to the shadow element by the leeches?
53) In the Lego Magazine, it states that the blasters the Toa Phanuva have shoot balls of light. Do these balls have the ability to transform Shadow Matoran back to Av-Matoran, or would it just hurt them in the same way that light hurts the Makutas?
64) Is there any known cure for the shadow leeches' affects?
75) Do the shadow leeches turn people to the shadow element, as well as make them evil, or only one of the two? 85a) If so, which one? 95b) Did the leeches turn the Av-Matoran evil, or did it simple make them shadow elements?

3That's is really interesting. I wonder if there is a way the light could regenerate? I mean, elemental energy does replenish itself, why not this light, it is there element. Also, I wonder if they saw some of there still-light friends would they try to kill them or hold back, or even consider it. I mean, jsut because your evil doesn't mean you have no pity, in BL8

64) How come the Av-Matoran have developed different aspects of the element rather than the same one?
75) Are the Makuta sets this year in their original bodies or at least closer to their original bodies than the Makuta of Metru Nui? Otherwise, why do they all have similar bodies?
