1I think I got the pages with spoilers you mentioned removed.. Hope I don't get into any trouble with Wiki  .
2//Oniichan

3Don't worry too much about getting in trouble with the wiki, things are supposed to be edited mercilessly there. Just remember that people can re-add stuff just as much as easily as you can delete it. I for one won't add them again (at least until enough time has passed), but so you know I'll either delete your "please don't" personal notes or comment them out so they only show up in editing, as messages like that really don't fit in an encyclopedia.
#6682
1I hate to say this, but as soon as you removed them, someone reposted the Bionicle Legends 5 spoilers one the main Legends page. Yeesh, you'd think that people want to save Bionicle Legends 7. Then again, probably not as much according to my earlier post.

1I talked to a famous person: *Faints*:
2Hi Greg. Well we (The Fans) now know that the 2007 Rahi and Matoran (They are Matoran, right?) carry and fire Solidified Air Bubbles or SABs. Well if the Inika need to get down there to the bottom of the sea to get to the Mask of Life, how will they breath? Will the Matoran help them by using their SABs?
3I also have some other questions:
41) What do you do in your spare time? 52) Do you visit the Lego Message Boards? 63) What will you do when and if BIONICLE ends? 74) Why are the Inika's team name getting changed to Mahri? 85) Do you like 2007's theme?
9Thanks for answering my questions: :)

10No, the air bubbles they fire would not be of use to air-breathing Toa.
111) Read, write, hang out with my wife 122) Sometimes 133) Continue with my day job, which is Editor in Chief of LEGO Magazine and LEGO BrickMaster Magazine 144) That is BZP speculation. Other than confirming that the name Toa Mahri will be used in 2007, I have said nothing about who they are. 155) Yup

16Yeah look at the red highlighted text there.
#6684
1Does it mean that Botar's like some sort of chaffeur? or usher?
#6685
1Ok, I'm just clearing the air once and for all here. I know some of these are repeats, but after conflicting answers, I'm sick of people giving me random answers that they 'claim' to get from you. So now I'm going to get them, and hopefully get facts.
21. The most obvious question at the moment, Toa Inika to Toa Mahri... was it a transformation, or a simple name change? And also, are they -really- going to become Toa Mahri?
32. Barraki are in The Pit. You gave Utopia a nice analogy using Alcatraz... so, does that suggest Mahri Nui is currently pushing down on The Pit, creating a bulge, or is it held up much like a glass dome would to a layer of dust?
43. Is the storyline focused mostly on Mahri Nui or The Pit? I think that's a no-brainer, but I'm not too sure about that no-brainer :P
54. Are we going to be seeing the Toa Nuva in it at all, or are they staying up on Voya Nui for now?
6and finally, 5. Who would have possession of the Ignika? I was told the Inika lost it to the Barraki, then again I was also told one of the Matoran touched it... so, what's the truth?
7With luck, we'll finish off any mistaken facts. I hope I haven't asked too much :) -Swert

81) Swert -- all I have ever said as far as the Mahri goes is to confirm that yes, there are sets called Toa Mahri next year. I have said nothing at all about whether they are transformed Inika or not, and since the sets don't come out until next summer, I am not going to.
92) Okay, let me see if I can explain this as simply as possible.
10Let's start with Voya Nui -- it is on the surface, it is not in a dome, and it is in the same ocean that Mata Nui is in -- an ocean we know is NOT made of liquid protodermis.
11Beneath Voya Nui is Mahri Nui, also in that same ocean, just underwater. Surrounding Mahri Nui and below Mahri Nui is the Pit.
12The original Pit was in a dome. The dome shattered as a result of the Great Cataclysm. The inhabitants escaped into the waters of the Voya Nui ocean. They were unable to escape from that region, so that has become effectively an extension of the Pit.
13In the upper reaches of this Pit, there are great, curved arches of stone. Mahri Nui landed on those arches, putting it at the upper border of the Pit. Make sense?
143) Both, basically, because you really can't separate the two.
154) The Toa Nuva will appear in next year's Book 7, as will the Bahrag and the Bohrok (briefly). There may also be some web stuff about them, but I don't know yet if it will be on BIONICLE.com or elsewhere. The Nuva are NOT staying on Voya Nui, they are initially returning to Metru Nui.
165) You will find out when we start the story. But to clarify, the Inika lost the mask to the ocean, not to the Barraki, and it was then possessed by a few different Matoran.

17Ladies and Gentlemen, this is solidified TRUTH of everything we wanted to know. Now, if you wish to say he said otherwise, you may PM me... I'll be sure to resend you the PM. -Swert

1Maybe these Matoran look the way they do because of the curse. I mean they were all initially Voya Nui matoran, right? But these matoran look much different than the others. I mean I understand the marketing reason, its just they also usually have a storyline significance as well.

2Um, no. I thought that Voya Nui rocketed to the surface, killing everybody. Then the Voyatorans were sent there. Then some of it broke off and sank to the sea. No, wait... I just can't get this straight.

2No, Karzahni sent the rebuilt matoran to the mainland, the cataclysm happened, Voya Nui broke off and rose to the surface, and at least Turaga Jovan was killed. Mahri Nui sunk afterwards, after some Voyatoran already settled a village there.

2More than Turaga Jovan was killed, a large number of Matoran died during the cataclysm in Voya Nui.

1ExoNui, why would he send the Voyatorans to the Mainland if he didn't want anyone to see his work? He sent them to Voya Nui after it rocketed off.

1Mr. F, Wikipedia now has a full summary of BL5. Seeing as how this may hurt book sales, I want to ask you this: should the summary be removed (I could do it personally) seeing as how it could hurt booksales?
2Don't worry, I'll still buy it though.

3Yes, please

4It's been done :)

5:wacko: thanks Oniichan, but the summary is back again

2No, he sent them before, because they remember their time in the mainland. He probably sent them to a secluded/uninhabited part of the mainland, now known as Voya Nui. 3Khote

1People, people, please try to stay on topic. If you have any questions concerning Bionicle, PM GregF here.
2Anyways, here's some fresh Q&A from Mr. F:
3I seem to be forgetting to add questions:
4About the tunnel in which Matoro co. passed through in BL2, is it dark because of a natural effect, or is something inside consuming all the light?
5Thanks again:
6//Oniichan

7Something is inside

8Hi Mr F, I just have a question today:
91. Can a Toa decide (once his destiny is completed) to transfer his energy into a team of toa, thus making them more better/enhanced/upgraded?
10Thanks.
11//Oniichan

12No, far as I know, that is not possible

101) You'll find out in 2007 when we start the story. It's still 2006. 112) Only one I believe I have stated is hypnosis, which applies to only one of them. 123) Well, the dragon is still there somewhere. 134) Yes

1Another BZPer mentioned that while you stated that the Barraki don't know about the Dark Hunters, the Bionicle Legends #6 bit mentioned some DH in Pridak's army. Could you please clarify...? 2Yes, slip of the tongue on my part. As always, books take precedence over answers given here.

1Why in "bionicleheroes" participate bohrok, rahkshi, vahki, visorak, roodaka and sidorak if they already for a long time are dead? :???:
#6700
1Vlad you have to pm the q's to greg.
2But All of the above are not DEAD 3The Borohk are asleep again. 4The rakshi seen in MoL are gone, but there are many more of them 5The vissorak are scattered around the plannet. 6Sidorak is Dead but roodaka is not;) 7She is alive, and active.
#6701
1Actually, BIONICLE Heroes does not involve canon storyline: players can play as all six Toa Inika at once, Axonn is also a boss enemy, etc. (And Vahki, Bohrok, and Visorak do not exist on Voya Nui.)
2jetslandingboard :silver:
#6702
1Actually, jetslandingboard, there was a Visorak on Voya Nui in Bionicle Legends #1 or #2 (can't remember which). But there probably aren't as many there as are in Bionicle Heroes.
2Anyway, couple of things about who is/isn't cursed and Dekar's condition:

31. Did Defilak touch the Ignika like Dekar, or is he "curse-free"?
42. How would you compare the severity of Dekar's curse to Vezon or the Barraki (without giving away too many details, of course).

51) As of the July novel, no, he has not touched it or even seen it. 62) Oh, I would say it is pretty dangerous to his life and limb.

294. since mata nui is asleep can he still deside destiny?

1QUOTE 2Dear Mr. Farshtey
3me again. I was hoping you could answer a few questions for me
4(1)would makuta's attack on mata nui be similar to that of a small gash that would not heal, say on a person, so that they would eventually enter unconciousness & even further through their life death?
5(2)also do you use a macintosh computer or pc (just wondering)?

1Here's some Q's I asked Greg a few days ago:
2Question: What are the official pronouncations of the Barraki's names?
3Answer: Pry-dack, Ay-leck, Man-tacks, Cah-ruh-parr, Kal-ma, Tack-ka-docks
4Question: In one of my earlier PMs, I asked if the member of the first ever Toa team had a name and you said yes. Does that mean he's going to be a comebiner next year? Or will he be a book only character.
5Answer: He will be a character next year, I cannot at this point say where.
6Well, there's the offical pronounciations of the Barraki.
#6710
1here's more.

2hi Greg, just one.
3would be safe to compare the barraki's job to the military?
4thank tou for your time.

1Nothing to big, just the usual Q&A. I took out the last 3 questions since they contain Bionicle Legends#5 spoilers
2Hey Greg,
31)We know the Barraki didn't always have their sea-like appearances that they have now, but exactly how much have they changed? If they escaped and began conquering again would everyone say "Who are those guys?" since they wouldn't recognize them, or the opposite "AH: Barraki:"?
42)Is Kalmah's weapon a whip of some sort?
53)Are the Barraki the type of warlords who lead their armies into battle, or are they the type that sit behind and let the armies do the fightning?
64)80,000 years ago, which Barraki had the strongest army?
75)Did the Barraki ever attempt to conquer Metru Nui?
86)Since it was the OOMN(more specifically, Botar) who banished the Barraki to the Pit, and since almost no one knows about them, can we assume that to the general population of the world thinks the Barraki simply vanished? Or was there an explanation like "The Barraki were finally defeated in battle?"
97)Do Axonn and Brutaka know of the Barraki?
108)When the Barraki were conquering, was the BOM still good?
119)Since you recently said that in the Pit you "try and survive the best you can" can we assume that there might possibly be some sort of monster or traps in the Pit?
1210)What exactly is Ehlek's weapon, is it claws?
13I suppose that's it. Whew, 13 questions. Thanks for answering:
14-TBC

151) I doubt they would be recognizable to those who knew them before. 162) No, it's a tentacle 173) They were very much involved in their battles. 184) Don't know that had one had a stronger army than any of the others. 195) You'll find out more about them in 2007 206) The general population knows the Barraki were defeated and not seen again. 217) Most likely, yes 228) Yes 239) Well, think about what lives at the bottom of the sea in our world. 2410) See answer to #5.

1I don't remember the Voyatorans remembering anything from the Mainland. I thought Karzahni sent them to Voya Nui, then Jovan came along.

2For purposes of clarification to keep this from getting further off-topic:
31 – Karzahni rebuilds the Matoran and sends them to the area of Voya Nui, which is still attached to the mainland but secluded from it. (many thousands of years ago)
42 – Toa Jovan and his team travel through Voya Nui to find the Mask of Life, and later Turaga Jovan settles there. (≈ 80,000 years ago)
53 – The Great Cataclysm occurs and Voya Nui breaks off from the mainland and rockets upward to the surface. Many Matoran die, as does Turaga Jovan, and the rest (the ones currently on Voya Nui) have to struggle to survive. (1,000 years ago)
6I'm not certain which of 1 and 2 comes first, but it's a moot point – the Matoran have been on Voya Nui for thousands of years, the approximate time frame from when Karzahni stopped receiving Matoran. Voya Nui broke off from the mainland only 1000 years ago, with the Matoran on it.
7Hope that clears things up.
#6718
1Thanks ToM Dracone. Well anyway, here's some more Q&A from Greg. Nothing big really, just stuff I wanted to clear up.
2Hello Greg.
31. The playsets have zamor launchers. Are they meant to the represent the Piraka and Inika's zamors of Antidermis and EP, or are they something else, like bullets.
42. Is Sidorak's energy bolt from WoS canonical?
53. In the story, does Umbra have a Rhotuka and simply doesn't use it then, or does he not have a Rhotuka launcher in the story at all?
64. I think I remember seeing a Kahu named Ka (Kongu's pet) shooting webs of energy from its wings in an animation. Seeing as it never does that elsewhere, is it non-canonical?
75. Is it possible that some of the Matoran regained their personalities after waking up in Mata Nui? I mean, Jaller and Takua were best friends on both Metru Nui and Mata Nui, and Matoro liked trapping Rahi in both places.
85b. If so, then is my theory plausible? 9Matoro tried to understand the Rahi's language in Metru Nui. Seeing as he is very close to the Rahi, he may have understood a few words. Later, Nuju was taught the flying Rahi language by Kualus. Because of Matoro's closeness to Rahi, he understood Turaga Nuju's language better than most, and he was picked as translator?
10I guess that's it for now. Thanks in advance.

111) The former. We don't have bullets in BIONICLE. 122) Yes 133) It does not appear in the story, simply because the model did not have one when I wrote the story. 144) I am not familiar with that animation, so really can't say. 155) Makuta erased their memories of their past, not their individual personalities or tastes, so it would make sense that they would eventually regain past relationships, etc. 165b) It's an interesting question. Matoro would no longer have remembered any Rahi language he knew on Metru Nui, but it is possible that Nuju's memory of his relationship with Rahi may have influenced his decision to choose Matoro
#6719
1Just wondered, how does Vezon feel about Vezok? Does he hate him? Or is he too crazy to care?

2Vezon, at one point, offers to negotiate with the Piraka about possession of the mask on the condition they kill Vezok. So that pretty much answers your question.

#6720

13. So, the thought-conversion thing is Irnakk's vision power? 26. Could you give me the name of the Mask of Stealth? If not, could you tell me when it will be revealed? 37. Was Darkness creating the stone walls when the Piraka were sneaking in TSO's fort? 48.Does the "Ko" in Mana Ko have any significance? 59. What's the status of BL7?
6Thanks: 7-Kraahkan-User3000

83) Yup 96) You'll find out next year 107) No. That is what the fortress works. 118) Not that I am aware of, but that name predates my work on BIONICLE 129) Original BL7 will, at best, be serialized on BIONICLE.com, in a condensed version. It is too late in the year to get it on the schedule for when it was originally supposed to be, as I am now working on books for the end of next year.
