2They have 6 mask powers , not elemental. 3Khote

11. Did the silver Kanohi ever appear in the story-line? 2A. No
32. Is there any way to tell apart a Golden Kanohi Hau (like the one that Tahu Mata wore) from Lhikan's/Jaller's golden colored Hau? 4A. I don't see Jaller's mask as gold, Jaller's mask was yellow in the set.
53. Were the Mata's Golden Kanohis the only Golden Kanohis ever? 6A. Far as we know
74. Are the age of the Mata non-canon any more? Like Lewa being the youngest at 17, I think it was.. 8A Never was canon. That info came from a story bible that was outdated in 2001

95. Is it possible that the Mata have a big past from the island that their canisters were shot up from? Like they had adventures and lost there memories from being in the canisters for so long, would you rule that out? You could make that a writing contest on BZP or something. 10A. I can't comment on this
116. Jovan's mask wasn't organic-ish like the Inika's correct? 12A. No, he wasn't an Inika
137. Can the Mask of Time take someone into the past? 14A. No. We don't do time travel in BIONICLE, it's a great way to ruin a continuing storyline
158. Can you read Matoran? 16A. Nope

17Brutaka's mask is gold as well, what's the different? The fact that each Golden Kanohi Mata has each 6 elemental powers?

18Maybe "bionicle_fan_nuva" made a mistake, I think I'll answer Q. 3 193. Were the Mata's Golden Kanohis the only Golden Kanohis ever? 20A. Brutaka's, Takanuva, Iruini's, mask were all Kanohi, and were all Gold so no. LEGO just used different shades of Gold, most of them being familiar to the Golden Toa Mata masks, since they are just different shades, they still count as Gold: :tohu:

21I don't think you understand. The Toa Mata's golden kanohi housed the powers of each of their six original Kanohi. Brutaka, Takanuva, and Iruini's masks did nothing of the sort. They were a Gold color when worn, but they are not -Gold masks-

1For the record I have never said Reidak was stupid. I said does Carapar think like him. I know full well Reidak is not stupid hes actually pretty smart and so is Carapar apparently.

2Well you were presenting them as opposite sides of the "spectrum" of intelligence. You asked if he was closer to Reidak or Zaktan. And just for the record, I'm not irritated with you or anything- just with the fact that everyone thinks he's stupid.

3Yeah I'm sure you were but I was just making it clear i'm not one of those people. Beside I was using Reidak and Zaktan as an example because one is CLEARLY smarter then the other and I just wanted to know which one's thought process was more similar to Carapar's.

4That's true. Krekka is a wee bit dumber, though. Just a little.

5What are you talking about? Are you saying Krekka is a wee bit dumber then Reidak? If so you are wrong. DEAD wrong. Krekka is not even close to being as smart as Reidak. Greg himself said Krekka was too dumb(I also wish Krekka wasn't so dumb but fact is he just is sadly.). Nocturn is dumb too just no where near the Krekka level so he relies more on his instincts and strength and is not a bumbling moron like Krekka.

1Hi, Greg. 2Sorry about the title, just that the last time I PMed you, no reply came in...
3Hope you don't mind answering these questions...
41) Official descriptions reveal that Carapar actually has two claws, while the set only has one. There are rumors flowing about that he actually removed the claw on one of his hands. Is that true? 51a) If so, what did he do with it?
62) Air is poisonous to water breathers, so does it mean if any marine creature were hit by the solidified air bubbles would have 0% chance of survival?
73) Will Hydraxon fight Maxilos?
84) In the MNOLG, Kapura 'farted' and was driven forward a metre or so. One topic here suggests that Kapura actually blasted fire out of him, using some 'Ta-Matoran gene'. Is it true that matoran have the power to do that?
95)About set designs, is the story based off the sets, or will the sets be made to fit into the story made? I mean, the toa inika had those flat faces. Was it designed based on the fact that the Inika's heads glowed in the story, or was the story about their glowing heads made after looking at the sets being like that?
10Uhh, that's all for now, Greg.
11BIG thanks, 12pirakahakann

13If you don't receive a PM back, it means I never received your questions. Sometimes the server eats things on here.
141) Yes. He left it in his lair, most likely. It's not that big of a deal. After all, in the first appearance of the Toa Mata in 2001, they were missing arms and legs and just put them on themselves.
152) No. It is not automatically lethal, because it's not like the air clings to you. You simply must retreat away from it.
163) I can't discuss future storyline
174) No, because there are no "genes" for one thing. A lot of things in the online games are not official, especially, the first one, because it was designed before anyone knew BIONICLE would last more than a year or have to have a continuing storyline. I personally had no involvement in the game at all -- it was done before I worked here -- so I really can't comment on how things work in it.
185) Sets come first, story comes second.

19Wow, 5 is interesting...

1I have some info from Mr. Farshtey.
2Queations:
3Hello Mr. Farshtey. This is my first time PMing you and I have a few qeustions to ask.
41. In the Brickmaster Magazine, it said that the Toa Mata/Toa Nuva were created on the island of Artakha. But in the atlas, it said that they were created on another island (I'm not putting the name so I dont spoil it). Which one is accurate?
52. Who were created first, the Toa Mata/Toa Nuva or the Barraki?
63. In a recent response to another member's PM, you stated that the Toa Nuva MIGHT remember some of there old life. Do they?
74. Did you know that BIONICLE World was number 97 on Barnes & Noble's hourly top 100 list for a little while?
8Thanks in advance:
9Answers:

101) Ah, what it says in the Atlas is that they "first walked" on that island -- not that they were created on it. Remember, the Toa Mata were created for one purpose and one only -- to awaken Mata Nui if that was ever needed. They spent a certain amount of time dormant and a certain amount of time active -- so the first place they were active was that island. Doesn't mean they were created there.
112) Toa Mata, about 5000 years earlier
123) I am working on the assumption that eventually their fragmented memories will start to coalesce
134) No, I didn't, but thank you for telling -- that is great news, especially since guides don't usually sell well

14Comments:
151. Oh, I get it now.
162. So the Barraki are younger...
173. I hope they do.
184. Yay:

1Sorry that the guides are not selling so good, but I must buy some guide books when I have money.

1QUOTE 2Hi, GregF: I have some questionsfor you; I hope you don't mind:
31.Are Umbra's light powers Elemental? 42.What is the extent of the Toa Hordika's Elemental Rhotuka spinners? 53.What is the extent of the Piraka's Elemental powers when they can access them? 64.Why is Hewkii yellow and black this year instead of yellow and metallic silver like last year? 75.You have described the Kanohi Olmak as 'being dangerous'. Can you explain what you meant by this? 86a.Toa of the six standard Elements can form protodermis by combining their Elemental power together. Right? 96b.That means six Turaga of those same powers can't form protodermis. Right? 107.If a Toa Nui was formed, then would the protodermis be Elemental? 118.Should the Kanohi of Elemental Energy be considered to have Elemental powers?
12That's all for now; Thanks in advance:

131) Not like a Toa's, no 142) Same as their normal Toa elemental powers 153) Probably less than those of a Toa 164) Because it's a new year, and there's no reason we have to keep the color scheme exactly the same each year. 175) Well, who knows where you will end up using it? Some dimensions are extremely dangerous to travel through 186) Right 196b) No, they can't. 207) No. 218) The wearer of the mask would be able to access elemental powers, yes
22Very interesting...
#7854
14) Because it's a new year, and there's no reason we have to keep the color scheme exactly the same each year.

2I must say that shows a lot about the set design - they don't feel as though they need any continuity between the sets at all. :(

1Just afew questions I got GregF to answer this morningQUOTE 2Hi: 3I've got a couple of questions... 41. Do the OOMN use protosteel weaponary? It's just Brutaka and Axonn have silver weapons and if the OOMN had enough protosteel to genetically alter ALL of ehlek's race, it gives me the impression that they aren't in short supply (or weren't). 52. After you fired a squid could it be fired again (from a squid launcher). 63. How could Kalmah be an "alpha male" as you say it? Giant squid can be up to (or more) than 20 feet long. 74. The barraki became so powerful through backstabing, like Sidorak, and their brains, right? 85. If barraki transform themselves using the MOLI back to their original forms would Xia be an ideal recruiting ground as they had an alliance there? 96.Wouldn't Botar notice he was wet after he teleported out of the pit? 107. Do the barraki's pincer thingies move when tey're talking? 118. Would the OOMN brainwash ehlek's race to fight the BOM? 129. Could a toa nui launch protodermis (on another post I heard it wasn't elemental but that dosn't mean you can't launch it)? 1310.A) Axonn has more powers that havn't been revealed, right? 1410. Could one of them be massive endurance? 1510.C) Could beams of energy like the ones Axonn shoots get through Voporak's time shield? 16Thanks for taking the time:

171) I am sure those who can have them, but I don't know that we ever stated Axonn and Brutaka do 182) Yes 193) But Kalmah is smarter than they are, and nastier than they are, and they respect that 204) I wouldn't say backstabbing, no. They were conquerors, like Alexander or Genghis Khan. They grew powerful through strength and conquest 215) I would say no, because while Xia would be great for supplying weapons, its people have no real interest in being part of an army. They aren't soldiers, they're weaponsmiths. 226) Depends on how wet one gets in a micro-second and whether the action of teleportation causes the dampness to evaporate 237) Not to my knowledge, but not something I have thought much about 248) If they could have, they probably would have. Evidently they couldn't 259) Impossible to answer, since to date there is no such thing as a Toa Nui 2610a) Yes 2710b) Certainly beyond Toa endurance 2810c) No. All energy is affected by time.

1Hey Mr. F, I was just thinking about something:
2I read somewhere on this site that the Nuva may slowly regain their former memories over a period of time. I was hoping you could reveal a fragment from anyone of their pasts (maybe Kopaka as he is your favourite) that they will soon remember.. Do you think you could be generous enough to reveal a piece of Mata history?
3Much appreciated. Thank you.

4I think that is a very good idea, and I will have to think about it

11. which is your fav. book you have written?
22. why are all the matoran islands meant to be in domes?
33. I kinda know the answer you are probably going to say but, i try....is the world that feeds the world artakah? Because in the atlas, it shows matoran building toa canisters, and it also says it was probably destroyed by the BOM. So it may be the most in need, correct?
4thanks

51) BA #10 62) Because that was the Great Beings' intent. Sort of like why certain plants are meant to be in hot climates -- because they aren't designed to live elsewhere 73) No, it is not.

1Um..Hi, I have some questions about the realm or Karzahni and arthaka along with other questions.

21.The Matoran of Karzahni from 'Dark Destiny' who led Jaller and co. to the canisters, will we see him again? Since he said something about leaving his hiding place to help the other Matoran of Karzahni.
32.With Karzahni gone, who will look after the realm of Karzahni?
43.Will the location of Arthaka be revealed anytime soon?
54.Are Manas like...Native rahi of the Realm of Karzahni?
65.Ok, I'm confused. How come the Voya Nui Matoran were sent to the Mainland while some remained in the realm of Karzahni?Weren't they meant to be fixed then sent back or to another place?
76.What is the Mainland?Does it belong to Karzahni since he could send the Matoran there, does it belong to someone else or is it like, international land?
87.The Barrakis weapons..Are they fused to the hands or can they be removed?
98.Why isn't Hydraxon, Maxilos and Spinax mutated? Are they resistant to the Mutagen?
109.The Zyglack, will they have any storyline inportance?
1110.In the description of the Zyglack, it says that they were accidentally created by the great beings when they were making(Or was it experimenting) with the Krana.Does that mean the Krana were created by the great beings?
12Well, that's all, Thanks in Advance.
13Karak

141) It is possible he may make an appearance this year 152) Good question 163) Nope. If I told you, the OOMN would have to hunt you down 174) It's possible, although they were also spotted in the tunnels leading from Metru Nui to Mata Nui 185) The VN Matoran were Karzahni's first attempt at fixing. When he failed, he sent them far away so he wouldn't ever have to see them again. After that, he just started imprisoning any Matoran who were sent to him. 196) It is the major southern continent of the BIONICLE universe, and it is dominated by Matoran 207) They can be removed 218) Reason for Hydraxon will be revealed in the summer ... Maxilos and Spinax may well be in the process of mutating, who knows? 229) In a way, yes 2310) The first krana were, yes

24Wow, question 1 should give some people to discuss about. Man, I wish that Matoran would come back, his insanity is sooo cool...I want him to be my mentor:
25Karak out.
26P.S: I'm a wannabe insane dude.:P

1Hi Greg, 2you are in Denmark now, right? Hope you enjoy your stay and don't havto work too much: 3I have come up with some questions again after reading the timeline.
41) The Timeline says "Mata Nui creates Barraki" and "Six Barraki banished to the Pit". Does that man there are or were more than the six Barraki we know? 51) No 6Ok so we only have our six:
72) How old is the Pit? Were the Barraki even the first inmates? 82) I doubt they were the first inmates, since the OOMN was active close to 20,000 years before the Barraki were exiled
93) Was Hydraxon the first (and so far only) jailor? 103) Yes
114) Is the first Matoran villager ever created still alive? 124) Don't know
135) The "Prisoners of the Pit" building contest will not have a guide showing the results right? Maybe good Atlas-sales can convince Scholastic to make guides after 2007 (would hope so:). 145) No guide planned at this time, no
156) Was the partial amnesia of the Toa Mata intended or was this a result of floating in the sea for 1000 years unassembled? 166) The latter 17That's something I was wondering about a long time
187) Just a theory and I don't know whether you can comment on it: Since we know now that the Toa Mata were created on Artakha and the Toa Mata have the elemental syllables in their names (Ta-, Ga-, Le-, Po, Onu- Ko-); is it possible that Artakha contains the source of all elemental energies and the Toa Mata were formed form that source (since they may not have been Matoran)? 197) I would say no. I believe they were named for their elements because they had no Matoran names 20Still I wonder where the elemental energies come from
218) I read in a topic (which was closed and did not seem to be much trustworthy) that the syllable of the Matoran of Light is Avo-, in connection to the Kanohi Avohkii. Is that true? (Personally I would like that syllable) 228) No official prefix has been announced by me yet
239) The Timeline says that the Order scattered Matoran of Light to various islands, but those was not the entire population of Matoran of Light, right? 249) No 25????????????
2610) And only Takua had the desiny to become the Toa of Light among those Matoran? 2710) Yes
2811) Will the mainland continent be in the Atlas with its name (Just can't wait til my Atlas will be shipped:::)? 2911) No
3012) Do you know the meaning of the word "Zyglak" or is there no special meaning (I thought it may be "accident" or "failure")? 3112) Haven't decided
3213) We know that Nocturn will fight Hydraxon in BL7 and that Hydraxon will fight Makuta in BL8 (pretty busy guy uh?). When is the Makuta vs. Karzahni battle taking place? In between those two fights or after that? 3313) In between. After Book 8 is 2008
3414) The timeline says that the first Rahi were created before the Makuta came into being (who later create all Rahi). So who taught the Makuta how to create Rahi? Mata Nui or Great Beings? 3514) Mata Nui 36Makuta had to listen to Mata Nui how o make Rahi, interesting:
3715) Will you get a look at the store-exclusive sets in Denmark? Like the first Toa-team-Toa and Sarda and Idris? 3815) Don't know -- we are mainly discussing 2008-2009 here, so 2007 sets may not come up
3916) Do you think it will be possible in the future to do a pack of ammo (since it seems to sell better than real collectibles) containing one new Kanohi? Maybe (storylinewise) to be able to trigger the ammunition? Would be a cool compromise I think. 4016) I actually talked with someone in manufacturing about the Kanohi masks today, because as you know, I like them too. She said that after 2001 there was a huge drop-off in mask sales and the company got stuck with a load of them, so I guess that is why they stopped doing them. 41PLEASE:::::::BRING KANOHI BACK:::::

11) Does Makuta know that he was tricked by Mata Nui into picking the correct Toa Metru after all, either from eavesdropping on Vakama's conversation with the Karzahni plant or reading Vakama's mind? 21) Probably not 3I always get a kick out of knowing things that Makuta doesn't know, don't you?
42) Does Makuta get his new body in Legends #7? 52) Yes 6Figures:
73) How long has Maxilos had Spinax? 83) Oh, long time 9Not new, then...

11. How do Kanohi and powerless masks attach to characters story-line wise? A strap or what? 2A. Magnetically
32. Wouldn't Dalu have noticed that Vezok was a male claiming to be a Toa of water? 4A. You're forgetting that the Voya Nui Matoran never met a Toa before, so how would she know all Toa of Water are female?
53. -----------------
64. Hey Greg, I'm confused about the contest in the March Lego mag. First it says draw your fav. Toa, then it says draw a Toa team fighting the Barraki underwater...? So all together you are supposed to fit 12 characters on it? 7A. No -- if you want to draw one Toa fighting one Barraki, that's fine. Just keep in mind that your goal is to create something that will make a good comic cover. 84. Ok, thanks. So it is supposed to be for the Sep. comic right? And then it would be smart for the Toa to be one of the Mahri right? 9A. We're not requiring that people draw the Mahri, because the Mahri are not out yet. Whatever Toa you draw will be turned into the Mahri by Stuart. 104. OK, so we could pose say Toa Tahu how ever we wanted Jaller posed and Stuart would work his magic? 11A. Yes

121. Intresting, I wonder if it's impossible that their heads repel each othe :P
132. Once again, I don't think enough.
143. I didn't put it up there, it's really not relevant.
154. Got that cleared up :)

1Good questions Jets, bionicle fan nuva and Toa of Kenn.
2So Spinax must be ancient if Maxilos had him a long time. I cant wait to see Makutas new body.

1QUOTE 21. Why are you going to tell us how Krana are made? didn't you say that your not aloud to discuss how bionicle beings come onto existence. 32. what is this "story bible" I hear so much about? 43. Why are you up at 6 am? writing a book? just Curious. Of course, you could counter that I am up at 3 am..... 54. why are the Toa nuva going to free the bahrag? some one tell them to? 65. How does Kahrzahni Know to go to Mahri nui in the first place? 76. are you ever annoyed by certain types of questions?

81) I revealed who made the first ones and using what -- not HOW they were made, or how the Bahrag make them now. 92) A story bible is a document we make every year, which contains a summary of the story for that year, pics of the sets, character descriptions, etc. We use it and we also give it to licensees to use. It's the official story document for the year that everyone works from. 103) I always get up early -- I do all my writing in the early morning 114) You'll find out later in the year 125) Again, you'll find out later in the year 136) Only when people ask me things they know I can't answer -- for example, people who are asking me what the 2008 setting will be in March of 2007

1Hello, Mr. F, got a few questions:
21. Were the Toa Mata common to know about before their canister entry? Like did a lot of matoran know about them?
32. The twisted matoran in BL2 who mentions the world that feeds the world, could he be a matoran of light? (i read something in the atlas that made me think about this).
43. To launch the attack on Mata Nui, did Makuta have to physically put him to sleep, or do some sort of ritual far from him?
54. About how many beings in the Bionicle Universe know of Mata Nui's (the Great Spirit) location, if any at all?
65. Do the Mahri sever the stone cord in order to return Voya Nui to the Main Continent because that is where the World that Feeds the World is?
76. I think you may have confused my last PM about revealing a piece of Mata history; I was actually kind of hoping you could tell me a fact from their lives in that same PM  .. So do you think you have any info for me?
87. Did the Toa Mata look different in their previous life (before canister haha or BC)?
98. How often did Mata Nui come into contact with others before sleeping?

10That's all for now, thanks.

111) Only through legend 122) Time will tell 133) I can't discuss this 144) None 155) I can't discuss future storyline 166) No, I am not going to divulge stuff like that just on BZP 177) No 188) Pretty much never. Mata Nui doesn't sit down and chat with people

1Just some info on the Prisoners of the Pit Contest:
2I think I see what you're getting at. You pick five winners of the contest, because you want 5 lieutenants for each of the 5 Barraki (other than Ehlek) to go along with Nocturn. Is this correct?
3If not, will the winners of this contest be a part of the official BIONICLE canon at all?
4Also, some questions on the rules of and chances of winning at the contest:
51. Are you allowed to put a mask on your MOC? You said most Pit dwellers don't wear masks...
62. What are the chances of winning if, in the summary, I said that my MOC was one of the war leaders in the Metru Nui Matoran Civil War?

71) At this point, I am really not worrying about working them into story, because by the time the contest ends, all of the 2007 story material will already be written. 82) If you want to, you can 93) Well, you would have to be building a Matoran -- but to be honest, that's not really that original, you would just be using an idea that we already gave out

1Some more stuff from GregF.

21. You stated that the first Toa was created about 100,000 years ago. You also said that the Barraki were created about 95,000 years ago and that the Toa Mata were created 5,000 years earlier. So, were the Toa Mata, the Toa from the first Toa team, and the first Toa created very close to the same year as each other?
32. In Brickmaster Magizine, it said the Great Beings created the first Krana. In one of the BIONICLE Adventures books, it said there was a carving of the Bahrag twins dipping stuff into a substace and producing Krana. Did the Great Beings teach them how to do it? And if they didn't, who did?
43. When will the online stories with the Toa Nuva, Toa of the fist Toa team, and the Makuta versus Karzahni fight be put online?

5Thanks in advance, and I hope your meeting today went well:

61) We know the first Toa ever was created more than 100,000 years ago, but how much more has not been revealed
72) They would have had to, because the Bahrag are not using the same process the Great Beings did and someone would have had to teach them how to do it
83) The latter two are not until this summer, the first I have started writing and should eventually get up on BIONICLEstory.com

9Comments:
101. I'm a little confused now.
112.Cool: The Bahrag learned from the Great Beings:
123. Yay Toa Nuva: :happydance:

11/Is this the exact spelling of Mata-Nui? Is it hyphenated? Does Nui have a capital?
22/
3Hey Mr. F, I was just thinking about something:
4I read somewhere on this site that the Nuva may slowly regain their former memories over a period of time. I was hoping you could reveal a fragment from anyone of their pasts (maybe Kopaka as he is your favourite) that they will soon remember.. Do you think you could be generous enough to reveal a piece of Mata history?
5Much appreciated. Thank you.

6I think that is a very good idea, and I will have to think about it

8Is this true? If so that would be awesome.
93/Can you give me a clue to how Makuta defeated Mata-Nui?
104/Great Beings can create things and Mata-Nui controls them?
115/Can Mata Nui create things? If so what?
12Your awesome:

131) Not hyphenated to my knowledge 142) Yup 153) Nope 164) I'm not sure controls is the right word -- if he controlled everything, the Brotherhood could never have rebelled 175) Sure. Mata Nui created the Barraki, for one thing

18Just me asking about stuff.

11) Are the Krana somehow related to the Toa Inika's masks? 21) No 32) Was it Jaller and co.'s destiny to transform into toa? 42) Yes. You can't become a Toa unless you are destined to do so 53a) Are the Matoran and krana related? 63a) To the extent that the first krana were created from what was left over from the process that created the first Matoran 73b) Are the Toa related to the krana? 83b) Only to the extent that most Toa start out as Matoran 9-----

1I'm a newbie here, still working things out...but i've been a bionicle fan for 6yrs, i just obtained the 6 Barraki & Nocturn.
2Is Nocturn a barraki, or a native sea creature???
3And why do the bad guys never get along with each other???
4First there is Thok & now Mantax, why can't they just be like "Hey Ehlek, would u like some delicious seaweed with that?"
5"No thanx, i'm on a seafood diet, oh look a Toa, lets go beat them up..."
6Also, as to the Transformation of the Inika to the Marhi, wouldn't it make more sense to have their Masks or elemental powers protect them from the full transforming capabilities of the water of the pit, but allow them to be tranformed into the Marhi???
7BTW what is this lieutenants for each of the 5 Barraki contest of which u speak, because i would luv to enter...:D
8not to sound rude as to your awsome storylines & stuff, i'm just curious as to the basis of your inspiraitions...thaz all

3No Nocturn is NOT a Barraki but a lieautenant of Ehlek's army.
4Well I gues bad guys who are after a very powerful thing would not like to see another of their kind have that power:

9You need to PM GregF, so he can answer these questions because he RARELY ever visits this topic. I think I can answer some of your questions...
101) Nocturn is from an amphibious species, he is not a Barraki but only a lieutenant to Ehlek, he is immune to the Mutagenic waters of the Pit, he got his left arm bitten off by Pridak but it grew back without the tentacle, he will soon get hold of the Ignika mask of life in this summer, he can technically leave the pit if he wants to but he likes to hang out down in the pit in the Razor Whale's Teeth rock formation.
112) Well, the Barraki are a start at getting along (they are warlords with power after all) in BIONICLE villians, they respect each other but hates to be ordered around by Pridak.
123) This is BIONICLE we are talking about, not talking with your friends... Greg likes his stories to be sophisticated in vocabulary.
134) Hmm, it's probably the new gear they are getting that prevents the water to be in contact with the Toa Mahri... and I think they probably transform BEFORE entering the water (inside the stone cord maybe?)
145) Its the "Prisoners of the Pit" contest:: Build an inmate of the Pit (evil, vile, or just simple minded rahi who did something bad to be in the pit lol), Go luck with yours :)

1No, i was just using that as an example, what i mean to say is for the Barraki to be more friendly with each other...i would never disrespect his stories in such a way...
2BTW where do i place my Prisoners of the Pit contest entry, is it on BZpower???
3Also, as to the Barraki fortress, was it crushed with the sinking of Marhi Nui or just partially destroyed?

1PM GregF. He never answers questions here.

2How did the golden Kanohi comee into being? 3Were the Golden Kanohi actual Kanohi pre-loaded with the 6 Mata mask powers, were they a result of fusing the 6 masks, or were they basically empty shells, where the 6 Mata masks put their powers into? 4-Rabin

5The impression I always had was that they were pre-existing masks with the six powers that you could only get by turning in the other six masks.

6Yeah, that would explain how in MNOLG how Takua found Tahu's Golden Kanohi before Tahu received his, but Takua couldn't touch it.
7What happened to the Kanohi Mata after they were 'turned in'? 8-Rabin

9Hasn't been revealed

10Okay, but I do have a strong feeling that those masks were used later, maybe they were collected by some group of people that turned them into Kanohi Nuva, and re-scattered them over the island 11Am I on the right track? 12-Rabin

13Nope -- the Kanohi Nuva were made by the residents of Artakha and teleported to Mata Nui. They didn't need the Toa's original masks to do that -- all they needed was any Great Masks with the same powers to work with.

14Interesting... makes you wonder what purpose the Mata's masks will play in the future, and who made the golden kanohi... 15-Rabin

1Hi greg, just a quicky, when the order refers to everything as "the universe" are they talking about the bionicle planet?
2Thanks:

3They are talking about the domes in which they and the Matoran (and everyone else) lives, because that is their universe.

1i had a big conversation with greg....

2well i know this has to do with the summer sets but....is there a possibility that the set ( if there is one) Of makuta in his new form will be the combiner of maxilos spinax hydraxon and gadunka? And, how far into the storyline do u know?
3thanks greg.

41) No, I have no info on there being a three-titan combo at all this year 52) We are mapping out 2009 now. 2008 is basically locked.

6does that mean you have alredy started 2009 before 2008? or that you are done 2008 already and are starting 2009?

7"Locked" means we are done with 2008 and the storyline for that year won't be changed in any major way from this point on, most likely, so we are on to 2009.

8do you guys always finish years worth of stuff so soon like that?

9Oh, we have to. Come June of 2007, we have to be ready to present to top management a concept for 2009 for their approval.

10Kewl. in 2008, is it going to be a kewl year? i mean is it going top be better than most?

11Can't discuss 2008

1Hey Greg. 2Is Makuta's ability to possess based on his all-energy form? 3Bye Greg:

4Basically, yes. To possess another body, he has to go inside it, which he can't do if he is wearing armor, etc.

5I was just wondering.
